Constructed in 2003, this magnificent 3,300 square-foot, custom hand-crafted Douglas Fir log home offers an attached heated 600 square-foot two car garage and sits on a Flat and heavily wooded half acre lot. The Bear Cabin is a 4 Bedroom plus Loft Log Cabin Rental in Breckenridge CO with three and one-half baths and four decks with great forest views and great Peak 6 and Peak 7 views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. The Bear Cabin is an authentic log cabin and is furnished with many modern amenities that will make your vacation in Breckenridge, Colorado unforgettable.

This magnificent custom crafted Douglas Fir log home has been accented with interior animal carvings and Colorado style furnishings that encourage rest and relaxation in the heart of the Rocky Mountains.

The spacious gourmet kitchen offers solid granite counters, hickory cabinets and stainless steel appliances and bar seating. This home boasts an incredible open floor plan which is great for entertaining and hanging out with friends and family. The great room is divided into two sitting areas, one with a blazing natural wood burning wrought iron wood stove and the other with an HDTV and large dining table.

The main floor master suite has a king bed, HDTV, private balcony overlooking an aspen grove, a gas stove, large shower and a 2 person jetted tub.

The master bedroom also has a large loft area with two twin beds and full sized futon great for extra sleeping for the little ones you want to be close to. The master bedroom can sleep a total of 6 people.

The main floor has another small bedroom with a log bunk bed (full size bed and twin bed) and a mountain themed half bath.

The back deck and yard is a paradise in itself. An 7 person Bullfrog spa hot tub, gas grill, horseshoe pits and summer fire pit round out the main floor amenities.

The upper level offers great views of the Breckenridge Peaks, a full bath, a private bedroom with a log queen size bed and an additional bedroom with a queen size bed open to below. Also, a reading space with a business center setup is available for our guests. There is also a full sized futon in the loft which provides great extra sleeping.

The lower level has a private bedroom with a log queen size bed and HDTV. The lower level also has a Laundry room, bathroom with a shower, a family and play room with a flat screen HDTV, family game table and a foosball table.
