Do you enjoy walking to everything you’re coming to Breckenridge to experience? With a location right on Main Street and just two blocks from the Breckenridge Gondola, you’ll be able to park your car when you arrive and never drive anywhere during your stay. The location of this complex is a longtime locals’ hot spot, with a number of Breckenridge’s fulltime residents calling it home. This comfy updated condo is a fantastic choice; your family and friends will thank you for finding it!

Gold Creek Condo is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that can accommodate up to 7 people. You’ll love the updated interior, excellent location, and great views! The living area is modern and chic with comfortable leather seating and a large flat-screen TV with complimentary cable so you can catch the game or watch your favorite shows. The views from the windows include Breckenridge Ski Resort and the gondola. The kitchen is just off the living area and is fully equipped with all the gear you’ll need to whip up a culinary masterpiece or a snack before hitting the slopes. The dining area is just of the kitchen with room for six at the dining room table and two more seats at the kitchen counter.

There’s a nice outdoor furniture set on the front porch so you can enjoy the great views of the mountains. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home and parking for two vehicles. As with all SMR properties, all linens and basic toiletries are supplied, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24/7 to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.

The property is decent for the price and probably one of the cheapest you’ll find in Breck. The building is non-descript, no frills. No laundry and no hot tub on site but we knew that. Laundry is down the road about a half mile and easy to get to but still not as nice as having on premises. The two rooms and living room couch will sleep as many as advertised but moving around while all there is tight and the kitchen is super small and good for one person ideally. Cleaning crew could do a better job and there is mold on the ceiling in the second bedroom. Parking is good for one vehicle and it’s marked. They said a visitor can park there and they provide a tag but they have to park in an unmarked space but problem was we couldn’t find any unmarked spaces on site. Tight parking lot if you have a big SUV or long bed truck but we were okay with our suburban. Super close to everything so that’s a plus.

Everything indicated from the site that was available in the condo was there and in good working order. SMR was always there if an issue arose. Only issue was that never found the 2nd parking spot that they indicated was available. It wasn't a problem because many properties were vacant so used the undesignated parking.

Reviewer Comments: This condo is located on the north end of Main St. and is walking distance to everything so if location is important to you, this place is perfect. Not having to deal with driving and parking everywhere is a bonus for us when we're on vacation! It's a walk up corner unit (3rd floor no elevator), is nicely updated, clean, and has all the creature comforts you need for your stay. The building is older but seemed well maintained. There's no laundry or any amenities on site which was fine for us because we were gone all day, everyday, enjoying all the awesome activities the town has to offer! The property management company is top notch. Ashley was great to work with and they have a 24 hour text service that is quick to respond back if you need anything. So if you're looking for a no frills but nice place to stay that is walking distance to the gondola and to town I recommend staying here.

Noise control never answered our call, so my husband asked them to quiet down and they did. The condo is close to the grocery store, the gondola and right next door to a ski rental. Overall, I would recommend this condo.

Great stay overall. The location was perfect for gondola access and access to Main Street. Outside light was not working, there were no hand towels, and a couple of lightbulbs in the main lamp needed to be replaced, but otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

I came here for a ski trip with my wife and cousin. The check-in process was easy as I was able to pick up my keys late in the evening. Their office remains open quite late so not only did they help with the key, and orientation packet, but when I got to the property and the key lock was frozen on a -20 degree night, they came over to help me open the door. The property is quite nice for a group trip and the kitchen was very useful for cooking. Warm water, strong heater, and comfortable rooms. I needed some assistance as mentioned before but the management office is really easy to get in touch with and was very helpful. Location is amazing. We walked to the gondola every morning (which gets you to Peaks 7 and 8 and from there you can get to Peaks 9 and 6 pretty easily). We walked to a few nearby restaurants and cute shops. If I come back to Breck, then I would stay here again.

As stated above summit rentals are amazing, I wish I could say the same for the rental unit. There was no boxsprings in with bed, the bedding was below Walmart quality, the sheets could have been used for sandpaper. The bed was so uncomfortable I rotated sleeping in the couch and bed. The housewares were something you would see at a thrifts store drop off, French press for coffee was broken, all knives were too dull to use safely. The countertops where below food grade safe and sloppy laminate in tye kitchen, and a wood Bartop none of which is good grade safe. Pictures where very deceiving and the price was well beyond what it was worth even in peak season. I don’t think I could ever trust these listing again, and would opt to stay in a hotel going forward. This was the most miserable trip to Breckenridge out if 12 in the past decade. At these prices I should be able to get a comfortable night sleep, I left in pain and not happy.

As advertised - well located, great view of the mountain, clean, nicely maintained and cozy condo. Management was very responsive and helpful. Our houseguests were able to rent skis conveniently right next door at Elevation shop. Parking area and sidewalks could have been a little better plowed, but this is probably a pandemic labor shortage issue. We would stay here again.

It was a nice rental since it’s been newly remodeled but still a lot of old features with the condo. Very tiny bathrooms. Very clean and close to alot of shops and dining. Enough space for 5 people. Lacking in kitchen supplies so it was difficult to cook. We could walk to the gondola with ski equipment and ride up the mountain to ski for the day. If you are purely looking to ski it is a great place.

Nice little condo! We are from south ms! Sleeping at night was hot with no AC we had windows open and fans going! I would just suggest bringing more fans if your staying summer time! We really did enjoy our stay! Nice clean and so convenient to everything!

The interior was very nice - no complaints on anything. Location is very walkable to the gondola and across from main grocery store in town and the ski rental shop we always use. Parking was right in front of building. It was a tight squeeze for my full-sized truck but it worked fine. Only downside for some would be that the unit is on 3rd floor and there is no elevator. We were OK with this but it would be tough for some people.

We have stayed in this complex eight times, the first time in this unit. One cannot improve the location as you can walk to the lifts, market, museums, restaurants... The exterior of the building is dated, not a big deal given the location! The interior has some upgrades that made our stay comfortable; tile showers, new floors, comfortable furnishings. The unit was clean, bedding and bath linens fresh and plentiful. Lacking a washer and dryer was less than desirable as the other units we stayed in had apartment size machines. That said for the price point, cleanliness, size and location we would return.
