Looking for an ideal space to host your extended family getaway? Look no further. This is it! The enormous home is over 4100 sq. ft. to accommodate your large group gathering and bring 3 dogs comfortably! (The first 2 dogs stay for free and there is a fee of $35 a night for the third dog.) The large hot tub, gaming area, and multiple gathering spaces inside and out with views of serene wooded bliss all around will keep everyone entertained and engaged during your stay.

iTrip Breck professionally manages with local pros to ensure your vacation goes smoothly. As much as we hate to brag, we have the best reviews per property of virtually any local rental company! You're in great hands!

This property is nestled in a charming neighborhood called NorthStar Village, with only acre and half-acre lots and all custom homes. NorthStar Village feels like an enchanted village with high-alpine forested seclusion, yet it is an easy 7-mile (18-25 min) scenic drive to downtown Breckenridge, depending on traffic and road conditions. You will need a 4WD vehicle here Oct-May. You have views of the top of Hoosier Pass (which has a trail to Crystal Lake) and the top of Quandary Peak.

3 common areas on 3 separate levels enable your group to mix, match, and connect beautifully. The lowest floor common area is a game room with foosball and checker-chess board! There is a house across the street, but the view out the back is all high-alpine forest. You can barely see your neighbor to the north, but your "wild neighbors" may get closer than that! Don't miss all the pictures!

Guests enjoy the fresh mountain spring water coming directly through the filtered private well system.

*Please Note* The home has a long-term local employee on the lower level to assist with the local housing crisis. This long-term unit has Absolutely no access to the rental home in any way. The long-term unit has private access around the house's left side, so the driveway's left side needs to remain clear for them. The garage is on your right, so it's easy to park on the right with 2 cars in the garage and others on that side.

Parking for 4 cars is available — two inside the garage and two directly outside the garage doors.

My husband and dogs had a great stay. It was super clean and had all amenities. In winter do have 4WD or AWD vehicles. It snows a lot up at 11,500 feet elevation and does get plowed daily. Great WIFI. Very quiet property and SO GORGEOUS!

This place was huge for 8 adults a 2 year old and multiple pets! Very quiet and tranquil at night. Stargaze out in the hot tub. It was a perfect experience and place to be in minutes from the town proper of Breckenridge where it can get real busy. I’m glad i came across this place. Definitely will stay here again! Family approves as well.

Our three generation family of 11 had a wonderful week together at this house! There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us, and room to be together or in a corner by yourself to read or just be along. The kitchen in large enough to cook for all of us with ease. We loved seeing moose, deer, foxes and chipmunks in the neighborhood. It was easy to spend time in Frisco, Breckinridge, Alma and FairPlay! All in all a great rental!

Our trip to Breckenridge was fabulous! We loved this vacation rental and will book again! Our family of 6 fit perfect and would be even more perfect with a few other families! The hill (road) was the best sledding we experienced! The night time relaxing hot tub was greeting by looking up to see shooting stars! It was the perfect location! Far enough away from the lights and busy Main Street, but close enough. It was also not too far from Frisco ❤️. We loved waking up in the morning to see new tracks and it was fun to try and discover what “little” animals played around outside! Can’t wait to come back!!

We had an awesome time at camp Rubio! The house was actually bigger then we expected so we had more rooms/space then needed. The neighborhood was peaceful and a great escape from our busy lifestyle. The house is a little far out of town, food deliveries, and stores. If we planned correctly we would have done the pre grocery delivery system, I would recommend that since the grocery store is crazy busy any day. All in all, we definitely want to come back!

The house was great and had plenty of room. It sits in a beautiful neighborhood with great views. The only complaint we had was the tenant that lives on the bottom floor played his music a little loud. That being said we would love to stay there again.

Sandy and Carla were great property managers and were on top of things. Property was great. Amenities were great. Wonderful layout for a family of kids and grandkids (four little ones four years old or younger). As described, you do need a 4WD in the winter months. Elevation at approximately 11,500 feet is also something to consider before you book. My wife and I decided to rent oxygen cylinders to sleep with and it really paid off. The long-term tenant does live in a section of the lower level of the house...if they entertains, they can be heard in most places of the VRBO side of the house. Their living area does have separate ingress/egress. Inside the house, however, living areas are separated only by a single locked door.
