OK, this place has it all: Location (the shuttle bus to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge is right at the end of the drive — or, stroll about one block to the Snowflake Lift). Space (the multilevel layout gives everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax — and it’s a great home for multiple families to share. Private hot tub. Go ahead: This is the home your group wants you to book!

Chimney Ridge Sunflower Townhome is a 3-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom townhome that’s a great for families and groups of up to 10. The great room features large windows and high ceilings for a comfortable, open feel; there’s also a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV and plenty of seating. The loft area above is wonderful for reading, relaxing and conversation, or sleeping on the hide-a-bed. The fully equipped kitchen will let you whip up everything from après-ski snacks to holiday dinners for your hungry group. The large dining table seats eight, and there’s room for three at the counter.

Outside, there are three decks and a gas grill to go with that hot tub. Other amenities include a heated one-car garage and one outdoor parking space, a full washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. This place was close to lifts and bus stops. Clean, cozy and spacious house. Management was easy to reach, check in and out was quick, hot tub and killer views, what all together contributed to a wonderful family skiing getaway!

As with most Breckenridge str’s, this one is starting to show its age. Property management was super responsive when the kitchen faucet fell apart on the first night. But the rental had everything we could have needed for a successful trip.

We enjoyed the home. The parking was horrible. There were sharp curbs that you had to navigate around in a very very small parking lot. The host company was attentive and did answer our questions as one night there were oversized vehicles parked in compact spaces making it virturally impossible to park. The only other negative was that we really had no idea how far the pool was from our unit. It was confusing as to how to find it - and we actually never did. I don't believe there was a direct walking route at all. The bus stop across the street was quite convenient and we were able to figure out the app and use. it to avoid the parking situaltion at night. There were no instructions in the unit at all - which might have been helpful. In the room with the twin beds the bed closest to the window squeaked and there was a screen that was removed prior to our arrival and it was bent.

Aside from the comfortable beds, clean accommodations, timely support...we also enjoyed the simple check out procedure. We have stayed at other places, where the check out involved a lot of precise tasks and cleaning...here it was simply "Start the dishwasher, take out the kitchen garbage, leave passes and keys". Of course this can change, but this was greatly appreciated.The distance to downtown was short, but fairly hilly, so we still drove anytime we needed to go anywhere. Summer Breckenridge - during the week - seemed to always have parking available when we needed it.

We had a very nice stay at the Four O-Clock townhouse. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the Beaver Run Hotel, where we attended a conference. The hot tub and jacuzzi were nice perks, and it was way cheaper booking three rooms separately for our staff. There wasn't coffee, but there was a lot of sugar. Also, the bottom floor gets way colder than the top at night and there are not individual thermostats to adjust, but it can be managed. Overall, we were very comfortable and happy with the place!

We stayed in this unit for the amenities, specifically the hot tub. When we arrived Thursday evening it was broken - at only 73 degrees. We reported it at 10 am and the repair person did not come until 2 pm. His service was excellent and he temporarily fixed it. It worked Friday night. Saturday morning, it was broken again, down to 73 degrees again. Our hot tub was broken for 2/3 nights. We were extremely disappointed - it should not be advertised when the 20 year old hot tub does not work. Would not stay here again.

My family and I rented this property for 5 nights as a rest away from the Houston heat. We had looked at loads of properties till we found this one and value for money was second to none!! The property was very clean on entry and we were not disappointed in the property. Plenty of space for 5 adults. We cooked in a few nights and although the kitchen was a little small it was very well equipped, the only thing I would suggest would be sharper knifes (however thats cause my husband cooks a lot and is one of his things!!) The bedrooms were spacious and again well equipped with fans and humidifiers. Only small thing and again is a personal thing I prefer my mattress to be harder than what was on the beds but the rest of the party didn't find this an issue. Check in and out was easy and correspondence was always answered quickly. There is no early check in (It is 4pm) but for us wasn’t a problem we arrived from Houston and went straight for late lunch and then was time to check in. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable time in a well located and priced property, definitely be back.
