didn't work for us

This unit simply didn't work well for us. The location was great, but ..... The unit is located right over a fairly busy and noisy intersection, and is dated and worn (especially bathrooms). Of the 5 windows and 1 patio door, only a single window had a screen, which made it really hard to get cool air .... without letting mosquitoes in. And the bed in the master bedroom was ultra firm. I tossed and turned all night and woke up with a sore back every morning. So, for families staying in cooler months, busy and away from the unit all day, and a fan of ultra firm beds, this unit might suffice. It didn't work for us though.
