In June 2025, the new owners infused this ground-floor condo with fresh alpine character—complete with new living room furniture, a smart TV, and warm mountain-inspired décor that instantly feels like home. Sunlight streams through added windows, creating a bright, inviting space that’s both elevated and cozy.
Tucked just a block from the Snowflake Lift, this is true ski-in convenience—glide home on the Four O’Clock Run, kick off your boots, and be in the hot tub minutes later. In summer, you’re a short stroll to Main Street’s shops, cafes, and local charm, making it easy to park your car and forget it. The location is quiet yet central, a favorite detail among returning guests.
The layout is perfect for families or groups, with a king primary suite, a guest room with a queen, and a comfy sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen and open living space make gathering easy, whether you’re swapping trail stories around the fire or starting the day with breakfast at the bar.
On-site perks include two outdoor hot tubs, a seasonal heated pool, fitness center, firepit, gas grills, and a dedicated parking spot. With an in-unit washer/dryer, ski storage, and high-speed WiFi, everything is in place for a comfortable, carefree stay.

Things to Know
This unit is located on the first floor of Building 4, Pine Ridge's only stand-alone building.
There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.
This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
