"Didn’t like anything about our stay. The “hotel” is very rundown and I don’t think the room had room we got was properly cleaned. The toilet was dirty, no toilet paper, the taps were filthy. The carpets were monody and cobwebs all over roof. The radiator was thick with dust. We only got two flat pillows and didn’t feel we could actually go to bed cos we weren’t sure if the sheets had been cleaned. The mattress was comfortable enough. The staff were mainly non existent. Would definitely not stay...
"Our family room was clean as was the bathroom. The dinner was great and we really enjoyed being served by the Australian young man (sorry I forgot your name). He was just amazing and made our trip a pleasure."
