"How would i know about eco-friendliness? Hotel signs from terminal are not great. We missed the little portable sign pointing to what looked like a taxi cubicle. We ended up walking over the new bus station exiting through the car park. Annoying when youre arriving late and tired. Not the hotels fault bristol airport need to sort this. "

"We got a great welcome on arrival. Staff were really helpful. The pool is very nice in particular with the outside deck area. The dining room is also lovely with super accommodating staff - we felt very welcome with all of our children. The food was great especially the fish and chips. "

"I had requested no feather bedding at the time of booking due to my wife’s severe allergy. Annoying on arrival the bedding was feather- it was changed quickly but my wife was aready starting to have allergy symptoms when it should have feather free on arrival "

"Very nice hotel by the Bay Area and huge room. Has everything you need and plenty of free parking. Close to Cardiff centre with a short taxi ride away if you don’t fancy half an hour walk."

"Delicious breakfast - both buffet style and with a few other dishes you can order off a small menu. Room was super clean and the shower was fantastic! Definitely recommend this if you are visiting Cardiff - it’s 5 minutes away from the castle and 5 minutes to the train that can take you down to the bay. Everyone was so nice and it’s a good value for the money. Slight inconvenience- the parking is in a big city garage a few blocks away so getting your luggage to/from is cumbersome. But everything else more than made up for it!"
