The Location was very well equiped with everything you need to have a nice vacation. The Appartement was only 10 m from the beach with an incredible view from the balcony. It gave us a good Base for our Trips to explore the Coast of the Dünkirchen- area with ITS historical Monuments and typical kitchen in many lovely Restaurants

We only stayed one night, as we were passing through the area, but wished we could have stayed longer. The suite was clean and modern and had a wonderful view of the ocean. Being at the edge of town it was quieter, but still an easy walk to restaurants. The surprise highlight was the fireworks show that evening that we got to watch from the balcony.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Bray-Dunes.... auch wenn wir am ersten Abend dachten, wir fahren direkt wieder.... wir hatten nicht bedacht, dass Mitte/Ende Oktober mitten in der Woche keine Reisezeit für die Nordsee ist. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, die Sauberkeit der Ecken und des Fußbodens überall ließ etwas zu Wünschen übrig. Ausstattung war toll, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ich als wenig Frankreicherfahrene hatte natürlich die falsche Bettwäsche dabei.... die französischen Decken sind 200x200!! Aber sonst gerne jederzeit wieder!

Petit sejour idéal ! La vue mer est magnifique et dans l appartement il y a largement tout ce qu il faut ( et surtout un bon lit). On y retournera sans hésiter.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer. Vom Wohnzimmer und von einem Schlafzimmer hat man Zugang zum Balkon mit Meerblick. Das zweite Schlafzimmer geht nach hinten raus und hat auch einen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, hat zwei Badezimmer und ein Gäste-WC. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der CheckIn erfolgte nicht durch den Eigentümer und reduzierte sich auf die allernotwendigste Kommunikation. Wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn auch die Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Die Wohnung ist 70 qm groß. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit diese Wohnung wieder mieten.

L'appartement est très bien situé, calme, avec une belle vue sur la mer. Il est très bien équipé. Cela n'est pas précisé mais il y a un sèche cheveux dans chaque salle de bain, un fer à repasser et une planche. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Monsieur Tilly ainsi que la personne qui nous a remis les clés étaient très disponibles et arrangeants. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et reviendrons très certainement.

Appartement très bien équipé assez neuf avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Tres calme à cette periode peu frequentee. Deux enormes bémols cependant: la saleté et l'absence de wifi. La terrasse au 5eme étage est ensablée et plein de toile d araignée.A nous de nettoyer si on veut en profiter!!?? Les énormes baies vitrées du salon et dela chambre sont très très sales si bien que c'est gênant pour voire la vue. ( je ne parle pas d'une petite pellicule de sel ou tâche après la pluie. Clairement vu l'épaisseur le dernier nettoyage date de très longtemps) donc pareil si on veut en profiter: on nettoie? A l'intérieur les meubles sont couverts de poussières, les plaintes bof. Je retrouve une éponge pleine de sable poser dans la cuisine. Le micro onde plein de taches et résidus alimentaire n a visiblement pas ete nettoyer depuis les anciens locataires?! L évier est clairement sale. Une bouteille de liquide vaisselle vide. La tapi de douche plein de sable!!! Donc sale donc pas changé donc au secours!!!Des traces sur les portes des toilettes.On se demande si notre venue à été préparée. Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas et c' était à moi de régler le pbm avec le sav car le propriétaire habite en Belgique. Avec beaucoup de volonté j ai essayé de brancher rebrancher et d essayer de répondre à un technicien free à avec mon propre téléphone qui ne capte pas dans l appartement. 25 minutes de retard de la personnes suppose recuperer nos clefs. Plutottres decus globalement

L'appartement est bien situé et bien équipé mais pas propre du tout . Poussiere sur les plaintes, meuble, interrupteurs et sortie d aération ainsi que du sable terre . Quand nous en avons parlé on nous a repondu " je ne suis pas responsable du nettoyage " personne ne prend ses responsabilités et c'est dommages car pour le prix c'est un minimum .

Appartement idéalement situé avec magnifique vue sur mer , et très bien agencé Mention spéciale également pour le propriétaire agréable et honnête ce qui est rare sur ces plateformes et de nos jours , je recommande sans hésiter !!
