"We had a great time as a family staying in the family deluxe suite. We used the pool facilities on both days of our stay. The splash time hours were really good so it allowed us to explore the area but still use the facilities. Breakfast- good selection kids had plenty to choose from. Overall great hotel and we will definitely be back next year same week as it was great location for access to the NEC"

"Absolutely fantastic hotel! Came here for 1 night as a girly weekend and we were so impressed with all facilities we are already planning a return visit! Staff ever so helpful, polite and genuinely lovely people! Beds sooo comfy! And the food was just amazing! Thankyou for making our weekend stay so fantastic! "

"The Spanish receptionist made it for us (ricoco?) so friendly and likeable. Nice looking hotel lovely breakfast. Sadly the two things that let it down were paying for parking and the tiny “double” beds.. pillows not comfortable either.."
