Very nice facility with an excellent breakfast! Right on bus line so very easy to get to the historic center. Staff very helpful. Super quiet location.

The hotel was dated but clean with parking outside. The receptionist was very helpful sold us bus tickets into town and explained where to get on and off the bus. Just 1.10 euro each way. Breakfast was plentiful. Great location for visiting Bratislava.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel during my vacation. All receptionists and staff very pleasant and helpful answering any questions regarding transportation and sights to visit. Hotel is very tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. I will revisit again in the near future.

Wouldn’t book again.

While some staff were pleasant and ready to help, others were rude and unhelpful. Asked for assistance with a light that was permanently on in the room. Was told ‘it will be dark when you close your eyes’. On the last day I was locked out of my room, 2 hours before check- out as I hadn’t yet paid the city tax. I was told at check in, I could pay when I checked out. Room was basic. Water was luke warm in the shower. Pillow was a thinly spread collection of lumps. Asked for an alternative, it was in a similar condition. Slept using my hoodie as a pillow. As a gold member I was told I would receive 2 free drinks at the hotel. That was not the case.

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr gut. Es ist kein VIP wir Sie schon angezeigt haben, aber ist sehr praktisch und nicht weit weg vom Zentrum. Das Personal hat uns super geholfen, weil wir uns zu spät eingecheckt haben (2am). Sie haben uns alle Anweisungen per WhatsApp gesendet um die Karte abzuholen und alle Info über das Zimmer und das Hotel an sich. Ich würde die gerne empfehlen.

Hotel totalmente recomendable.

Buen hotel, se encuentra en una zona residencial, pero estaba bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad, la parada del autobus estaba muy cerca y en 4 o 5 paradas estabas en el centro. Tiene parking gratuito. Tiene buena relacion calidad-precio. Puedes adquirir billetes de autobus en la recepcion. La habitacion y el baño estaban limpias y bien de espacio.

Enorm vriendelijke, behulpzame en prettige medewerkers. Een plek waar je je op je gemak voelt. Oogt op sommige punten wel wat gedateerd. De driepersoonskamer waar we verbleven had een slecht bed en de (ruime) badkamer werd bij het douchen een waterballet. Kan voor andere kamers anders zijn. Al met al een zeer prettig verblijf.
