"The reason I booked this b&b was they were supposed to be multi lingual so they could give us information as to what to see go eat etc but they only spoke French It’s a very nice location but you can only use the pool at certain times and if you wanted food poisoning there was a barbecue area to use"

"Staying at a castle is an adventure in and of itself. The owners/our hosts Don and Jennifer, are a delightful young couple who have restored the castle and have been there the past 3 years. Very helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast was wonderful. The view was terrific and we had great fun enjoying a nighttime bonfire under a canopy of brilliant stars. We had a terrific dinner prepared by a French chef, Jean Claude and even went to the market in the morning with him and Don to pick out...

"This comfortable, well-appointed apartment is within easy walking distance to the cathedral and the historic center of Perigueux. With bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite ends, it would work well for a family or two couples. The apartment is quiet and very secure. We appreciated having a private parking place and direct access to the small park next to the cathedral. The street market in front of the cathedral was a treat. Staircase to the bedroom balcony makes a bathroom trip in the depths of night a precarious adventure but the overall ambience and amenities are delicious .
