The cost of this unit was great in comparison to other places near Silver Dollar City. It was beautiful being in this condo in the Fall with the changing leaves. The beds were comfortable. The back porch was phenomenal. This was the best part of this property and made it totally worth it being there in the fall with weather to sit and eat out there. With that said, it was not our favorite of the places we have stayed. Had we stayed the whole time, we would have run out of toilet paper and dishwasher detergent. There was a strange smell, though it was not terrible. It was pretty crammed inside the condo with our family of five. In the future I will likely spend a little more money for a different place.

Overall the place was nice. The top electrical outlets in the living room don't work. Couldn't find the remote to work the TV in the bedroom. Bring your own coffee. They have a coffee maker but don't provide coffee. If you travel like we do, with the family, I would suggest a crock pot, as there isn't one in the room. There were many board games under the TV but none of them had all the pieces so we couldn't play them. We attempted to vacuum the rug before we left but the vacuum cleaner provided is completely clogged up with what appears to be pet hairballs. We tried to clean it but it would have required us to take it apart, so we left it. The broom handle is broken off so the broom is really short and it stabbed my hand when I was using it. Overall nice place. Just a few areas that I would suggest maintenance or replacing items.

Overall, this condo is very nice. Loved the deck in the back, very quiet and peaceful. The master bed was comfortable and one set of bunk beds had new thicker mattress but the other set did not. We didn’t use the kitchen but I did notice there were basic necessities. Washer and dryer were nice and seemed pretty new. For the price, we would definitely stay here again.

For the most part, our stay was “okay”. It was clean, couch was comfy, beds were comfy. But for a family of 6 is was very small space. The pictures do not accurately represent the space. The kitchen is tiny. I’m 5”5 130lbs, not a big person, and you could not fit two of me in the kitchen with bumping into one another. But fortunately we did not spent much time in our condo because we were out and about exploring Branson. The back sliding door did not lock, so we felt nervous going to sleep without it being secured and locked. But no boogy-man got us, yay! While I did mention how it was clean, the only thing that wasn’t was the floor…. If you walk barefoot your feet will turn brown so it definitely needed a good mopping. But it was at least swept and clear of dust bunnies. Last thing I’ll mention, which there’s probably nothing that can be done since I’m pretty sure these units have different owners…. But the listing said “no pets” and yet all the units around us had pets and the dogs would bark a lot which wasn’t pleasant to hear when trying to relax at night. But other than that, it was pretty quiet. Overall, ok place to stay. I just wouldn’t have lasted more than a couple days.

I've stayed at a handful of properties on Notch Estates and this is easily one of my favorites! Most don't have a nice dining table due to the limited space available, but this one did so we could play board games! No other unit has had a balcony as nice as this one with comfy chairs to recline and relax in as well as another outdoor table for games (checkers game came set up like pictures). While at first we thought some of the beds looked questionably thin, the mattress were surprisingly firm and comfortable. We had a guys weekend and noone wanted to share a bed, so the bunk beds were very nice to have plus one guy found the couch to be great for sleeping as well. Everything was clean. I enjoyed the remotes for the ceiling fans and lights so you could adjust them from a bed or on the couch. My biggest issue is also only possible because a great compliment, the TV. It is a great panel with HDR 10 support and cool features like knowing what's plugged in. It knew not only that a game console was connected, but specifically a Nintendo Switch! When I hooked up my PC, it knew it was a computer and popped up a message asking if I wanted to use a low latency mode for the picture to reduce gaming lag! (Note, we brought the switch and PC, not included with the condo.) However, I could not select anything on the screen popup with the TVs built in controls or with the remote supplies by the condo (it's not the one that came with the TV). So, not only can you not chance settings to maximize the quality for your content with the unused remote, but in this case you couldn't get a grey box with white text off the middle of the screen at all times making the TV unusable in this setup. For me, thankfully I had a universal remote I brought and could fix our issue. Future guests may want to bring a programmable remote themselves if the property owner does not change this situation. That said, that's a very small complaint as most people spend most of their vacation time outside their lodging or doing other things like sleeping when they are 'home.' This is only an issue for those brining their own media entertainment for the TV like us. Everything else was super great and this place still gets a full 5 stars from me!
