NOTE: EXCESSIVE CLEANING POLICY- Guests are asked to leave the unit in as close to the same condition as they found it when they arrived. If additional cleaning time is required (carpet stains, food handprints on walls etc) over and above normal cleaning the guest will be assessed an additional $25 per hour needed to clean up the unit.
