The TV didn't work the 1st day and a half. I used all my hotspot to use the TV then after being told someone would be in to fix it 4 different times we finally had TV. Two of the times no one came. The bathroom wasn't clean when we arrived but they came up fast to clean it. Other then these things it was average. Beds were comfortable and clean. They had trouble keeping up with breakfast. The food was normal hotel food.

This was great place to stay. The rooms were exceptionally nice, the manager and staff were incredible. This place will be our preferred stay on our next trip to Branson

Great stay! Even though the waterpark is not open yet, the hotel is a great place to stay! The additional room with bunkbeds and a tv for the kids is very nice! It is a great location close to everything and easy to get to! There is pizza and frozen yogurt right across the street. There is also an arcade and laundry facilities in the hotel and a complimentary breakfast every morning! It has been a wonderful place to stay for the past few years and will only get better when the waterpark reopens! It may not be the newest of the new but still gets he job done. We had no problems at all during our 4 day stay!

Expedia could have done a better job letting me know that the indoor pool was closed this whole year for maintenance. The hotel called to tell me the day of, but Expedia should have done that sooner. The hotel staff was very friendly and our room was clean.

Water Park Closed 2022

We had big plans to surprise our kids with a special water park trip....water is CLOSED all of 2022. The hotel was very kind and allowed us to cancel last minute since this was not posted.

Property is in a good location close to everything we did. When we got there the indoor water park was closed which they told me a day before we arrived. When we got to the room there was trash in the room. The tub wouldn’t drain until we pulled the hair clog out and they do not clean your room we staid for 5 nights.

Not bad, but could have been better

I recommended checking to see if the indoor water park is up and running before booking because we didn't find out it was closed until we got there, which was SUPER disappointing for our kids. This was the whole reason we chose it. The service was pretty good except our room ran out of toilet paper and they didn't have any at thr front desk.

This property had an indoor/ outdoor water park on site but Expedia did not advertise that the water park is closed for the year for maintenance. We arrived at 9pm on a Friday night. The staff was apologetic and allowed us to look for another property before committing to the room. We found a vacancy at another hotel with an indoor water park and cancelled our room at HJ with no penalty.
