We stayed in Branson for a cheer competition in December and family came in from other states, so this was the perfect place for us. The condo was warm, comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious! Christmas tree was up and so pretty. Easy to get to, easy to get in and out, not far from downtown. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Quiet Cottage. The space felt just like home. It had everything we needed, plenty of room for our whole family and was so clean. We enjoyed grilling out, the amenities of Point Royale and fishing in the river. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Great stay in Pointe Royale

Excellent condo for a family close to large swimming pool and clubhouse, golf course, miles of sidewalks for walking, and close to Table Rock Lake dam and State Park. Great hiking nearby yet close enough to Branson amenities and attractions. Recommend this condo.

Fourth of July Birthday Weekend

We spent the weekend celebrating an 81st birthday. It was very special to have all of our family together. The house was perfect for what we had planned - close to what we wanted to do and a perfect spot to make memories!

Lovely relaxing cottage

Plenty of room for the seven members of our family. Comfortable beds, thoroughly stocked kitchen supplies. Grand kids loved the basketball and pickleball courts. Indoor pool was also enjoyed several days. All in all a very enjoyable time.

End-of-the-year School Trip

This property was perfect for our small group. These students earned a special trip for working hard this year. We chose Branson due to the theater opportunities and the beautiful scenery of the area (especially Dogwood Canyon). The house allowed us a "family" atmosphere for meals and down time that we couldn't have had at a motel. This was a great option for us, and I would highly recommend the property to others.

Family Trip

Easy communication with host and the location is great. Came here with grown kids and their significant others. It was great to play a round of golf, swim in the large pool, and enjoy the pickleball courts. The rental was the perfect size for us, and the kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were comfortable.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay at the property. The check-in process was somewhat cumbersome; however, the gate attendant was pleasant, patient, and helpful. The amenities were adequate, spacious, and generally met our needs.A few maintenance concerns impacted our experience. The screen door required extra attention to ensure it fully closed. The primary issue, however, was the HVAC system. Given that our stay occurred during peak summer temperatures, we expected consistent air conditioning throughout the entire unit. Unfortunately, the second floor had no functioning air conditioning and relied only on box fans attempting to circulate air from the first floor.I contacted the owner to inquire about a second-floor climate control option and was informed that none was available. As a result, my family spent the majority of our time socializing, relaxing, and sleeping on the first floor due to the lack of adequate cooling upstairs.While researching properties on VRBO, this location stood out because of its overwhelmingly positive reviews. However, I did notice a prior review referencing the lack of air conditioning on the second floor and the use of fans as an alternative. Unfortunately, that concern was accurate and significantly affected our comfort during the stay.The property has great potential, and resolving the HVAC issue would greatly enhance the guest experience and better align the accommodations with expectations, especially during the summer months

Comfortable and pet-friendly

We enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood felt very safe and there’s great amenities available (especially during warmer months). This condo was spacious,clean and included everything our family needed for a few days! The beds were very comfortable, although the pillows could be refreshed. We loved being able to bring our small dog with us! It’s an older home and we had issues using the back, sliding door every time we took our dog outside to potty. This needs to be replaced.

Quiet Cottage @ Pointe Royale

First time user of Vrbo. Had some issues with the vrbo app but our host was understanding and extremely helpful in completing our reservation. The Condo at Pointe Royale was exactly as described plus everything needed to make it a home away from home. We enjoyed the amenities of this wonderful gated community that were included in the package. The convenient location gave us exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be looking at this location on our next visit to Branson if available. A big thank you to our host Judi.

Fall Leaves Tour

My mother LOVES to drive through the back roads in the Fall and admire all of the colors. My sister and I have planned trips to the Branson area for several years now. Sis chauffer's dad, and I chauffer mom. They both get a front seat and don't worry about traffic. This year we also went to Sight and Sound to see Esther. We had a fabulous time. The location of the cozy cottage was perfect for access to the Theatre and close to our cousins shop. We had our cousins over for dinner one of the nights we were there. The bedrooms upstairs were perfect for my sister and I. Mom and Dad were very comfortable on the main level. It was a GREAT visit. I would encourage anyone with a small group to stay at this place.
