The condo was clean and had everything you could need!! The pool and lake were a close walk from the Condo and provided hours of fun for our family. The condo is a great location to anything you want to do whether you wanted to explore the outdoors or hit all the tourist traps down the main drag.

The condo was well located and easy to get to the 76 Strip. The beds were very comfortable and towels great. Lots of room for our six. The kitchen was just right for our group to cook meals and store other foods. We all enjoyed the pools and the hot tub. Well behaved kids and responsible adults. The area was safe and family friendly.

This home was just what my family needed for our 3 night stay in Branson. We were impressed with how clean and well kept this home was. The sleeping arrangements were perfect and comfortable for my family of 9. I will be looking to book this home again in the future when we come back to Branson.

We go to Branson every year and love the Pointe Royale area. We usually stayed at another condo there, but found we were needing more space, mainly another bathroom, so chose this one! Loved having the three bathrooms and the condo is walking distance to the pool, another plus! The high chair and pack and play were put to good use!

Great property, great neighborhood! Right by the indoor pool. Comfortable and cozy! The only thing I would say it needs is more towels. We are a big family so that was the ONLY issue I had. Overall great home and we plan on coming back in a few month to celebrate birthdays at this same location 😍

Our family of 5, as well as my parents, stayed in this wonderful condo. It had enough space for everyone to spread out or come together for time around the dining room table or a movie in the living room. It was close to the main strip but far enough away from the traffic and noise. The condo truly had everything we needed and more. My parents kept commenting on how perfect it was for all of us. If we ever come back to Branson, we would definitely stay here again!

Condo was clean and big enough for our family of 10! Great location to the strip, just a little walk to the pools and just a little walk to the lake. As you walk, you are walking by the golf course which is beautiful too. Only one suggestion, provide a mop or Swiffer mop because we had some minor spills and only paper towels to try and mop up the sticky spills. Overall, the experience was great!!

The pictures of the property were accurate. We brought a group of seniors and were unable to utilize the balcony for morning coffee and evening gatherings. We would recommend a thorough revamping and cleaning of the balcony. Overall, the location and amenities were great. We would visit again.

We stayed at this location for a first time combined family vacation. The condo had a great amount of space to graciously accept 8 people. The beds were nice. The daybed could be upgraded. It was squeaky and you could feel the springs, but other than that, we were comfortable. It’s a great spot just outside the busyness of the city. We were no more than 20 minutes from wherever we wanted to go. Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodation.

Neat, clean condo. We had a small issue understanding the key code and how that worked, but we got it eventually. Had a thermostat issue. It seemed to have a mind of its own. Might have been set on some type of schedule. All in all good experience.

This was my 4th time staying in a condo at Pointe Royale. We like this area because its close to the strip but still far enough to be away from the traffic. We also like the indoor pool which was perfect to go swimming during Spring Break. Condo was spacious, big enough for our large extended family of 9 to spread out and enjoy ourselves. Lots of seating for meals. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable rooms, and clean. The communication with the manager was on top! Very quick responses to any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend this condo for anyone that needs 3 bedrooms and visiting Branson!
