Lovely neighborhood

The neighborhood was gorgeous and very quiet! I so enjoyed taking a walk each evening and felt so safe while doing so. The only issue I had was that the pool was much farther away than the listing indicated. Great place to stay.

Beautiful condo

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The only bummer is that we read somewhere that there was an air popper so we brought popcorn seeds for that but didn’t find the air popper. Our family really enjoyed this beautiful and spacious condo. We’d definitely rent again!

Great location close to attractions. Very clean . Very comfortable beds. I would absolutely stay here again. Manager Very responsive to a problem we had with the TV. They responded quickly and fixed the issue.

Very nice location - clean and cozy

Very satisfied with the space we rented. Clean towels and bedding and nice living room furniture with an easy-to-use television setup. The only thing I would change is better more firm pillow but that is more of a personal preference :-)

We had a great weekend. You place is beautiful and very spacious. Wanted to let you know that the towel rack in the upstairs bathroom is loose from the wall. Everything else was perfect!!

Pointe Royale is one of the best non generic places in Branson

It was beautifully decorated with a lot of sq. ft. for 3 bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms have king size beds and a sofa sleeper. There is plenty of room. They also think about you and your stay with all that is in the condo whether it is a short or long stay. We were there for 12 nights. We highly recommend this condo along with their owners.

Overall stay was fabulous. The only negative thing I have to say about the property is that the parking was minimal. Several times we had to park at a different location and walk to our condo. Carrying groceries or luggage made this very inconvenient!!

A New Christmas Tradition

Where do I even begin? As our kids get older and move away from home, it's really hard to get everyone together on Christmas Day... this year we decided to come together at a central location the weekend before Christmas to spend the weekend together. I was a little worried about it not "feeling" like Christmas being away from home... Boy was I wrong! The second I opened the door I could hear Christmas music and see the beautifully decorated tree... the spirit of Christmas filled the air! There was plenty of room for all of us to spend time together in the living room and the kitchen was we'll stocked and large enough to prepare a Christmas feast. There was lots of room for the kids to play with their new toys and for all of us to be together playing games and enjoying each other's company. The beds were incredibly comfortable.... honestly it felt like home! We've decided to start a new tradition and hold our family Christmases at a home away from home every year! Thank you for creating such a beautiful space and the love and attention you put into every detail of our stay. Merry Christmas and many blessings to you and yours in 2025!

Family vacation - disappointed

We have stayed here multiple times. We were disappointed this year. The sliding glass door to the back porch won’t open so we couldn’t enjoy the sitting area. The glass top on the table was broken. The floor turned our feet black. One of the kitchen bar stools was broken. The upstairs was super hot. No extra pillows or blankets. We will be looking for a new place to stay for next year.

Property 4528283 Pointe Royale

Unit was not cleaned or beds made or fresh towels out upon our arrival at check-in time. Had to wait an hour for cleaning. Were told Keurig had 10 K-cups provided but only 7 were supplied. Thought bath soap was to be provided, but no. These occurrences may have been a fluke (I.e. not common occurrence) so would not want to ruin your rating over perhaps this one, uncommon experience so are giving you a 4 star rating.

Summer time short stay

The upstairs does not have AC that cool well. We sweated upstairs the entire stay. The bed upstairs is completely broke down. I couldnt get out of bed after sleeping there all night because the there was zero support under the mattress and the mattress was sagging. It was very disappointing. The house was clean and the bathrooms were nice and comfortable.
