My family and I booked a trip to make memories and go to silver dollar city. The condo was big, clean, and very well laid out. Would love to stay there again when we go back.
This was our second time to stay here. We have enjoyed both times. It is clean and convenient. My only suggestion is to add better blinds or curtains. The outside lights are very bright when trying to sleep with just the standard blinds.
Overall good stay. The original room(s) we were put in were very dated and musty, but after speaking with staff we were quickly moved to a better unit(s). We didn’t use any of the facilities on site, but the room(s) fit our needs. Good location, within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do.
Took our grandkids for long weekend. The unit had 3 br, 4 baths and 3 kitchens (actually 3 units with adjoining doors). Lots of room. Three separate areas have plenty of privacy, but largest area let everyone have room to gather as a group. Probably in its heyday in the 90s but well maintained and easy access to everything on the main highway and beyond. We enjoyed ourselves.
We liked having three units that opened to each other. Property is a little outdated. The kitchen was well-equipped. Two slats were missing in our bedroom mini-blinds. The WI-FI didn't work. The people above us on the second floor were extremely loud and inconsiderate til about 4 in the morning. That definitely was the worst part. We'll call security next time. The front desk people were very nice and helpful.inconsideratand kept us a
First impression was not great. I wasn't ready for the full court press trying to get my wife and me to attend a 2-3 hour sales pitch for the resort. It had to be both of us. When I declined because one of us has to stay with our daughter (autism), the pressure was ramped up. After driving eight hours, I didn't have any interest in "investing" time nor money.
The space itself was comfortable with plenty of room for our group of six. Once we got past the check-in/concierge experience, it was good for our group. The space was actually 3 adjoining units, not one unit.
We loved the complex & our condos for our family. Everything was as portrayed in the ads & pics. The only problem we had was the neighbors above us who arrived the 2nd night if our 3 night stay & were very disruptive to ALL of us. The 2nd night we asked them to PLEASE BE QUIET & they said they would BUT instead moved their noise from the outside decks to the inside above our bedrooms! I called security around 2:00:am & it quickened down for a bit around 3 but started back again at 6!! No sleep for us or grandbabies last 2 nights! Only problem we had there though! Nice complex!
The process was easy. But when checking in, we did not know they were wanting to talk to you about a time share opportunity. That was how you get your keys is to talk to them.
We were pleasantly surprised at how easy everything was! Easy checking in, easy finding what we needed on site, easy access. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub every evening and the balcony for coffee in the mornings. The only snag was that the indoor pool was so heavily chlorinated we couldn’t stay. I didn’t enter the water but my eyes became red and stung as if I had.
This place is in a great location! It was plenty big enough for our group and was a nice place to stay. The only downfall was the pressure from the timeshare people.
Vacation with friends and the accommodations were perfect! The only negative was since it was a resort, they had a high pressure guy trying to get us to be part of their timeshare in order to get our parking pass and show tickets. But the 3 connecting rooms were just fabulous!
