Welcome the Unit L2 in the L building at The Cliffs Resorts! You'll love the beautiful views of Table Rock Lake and the convenient location of the property! Only 4 minutes from Silver Dollar City and minutes away from The Strip and the Branson Landing! We Have Christmas Decorations set up from November 1st- December 31st!

This beautiful 2 bedroom condo provides a spacious living area that includes a queen pull out sofa, dining table, and a fireplace to curl up next to. The kitchen in the condo consists of an oven, stove top, full fridge, and full cooking utensils. There is also a Keurig with pods for our coffee lovers! The master bedroom in the unit has a comfy king bed with an attached master bathroom. The bathroom provides double sinks, walk in shower, and a separate jetted tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is attached to the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom provides a walk-in shower and single sink. A guest favorite of the unit is the free washer and dryer that is provided inside the unit.

We provide everything you may need on a vacation including soap, shampoo, dish soap, towels, laundry soap, toilet paper and paper towels. We have a regular COFFEE POT and a K-CUP coffee maker, blender, and pots and pans. All you need to bring is clothes and food!

This is a pet friendly unit. Maximum number of pets is 2 and maximum weight of each pet is 30lbs. The Pet Fee for this unit is $80 per pet per reservation.

This unit is located on the lower level of the building. Climbing one flight of stairs is required to enter this unit.

Upon arrival, there is free parking on the property, but we ask that you limit 2 cars per condo. There will be a keypad to get into to your unit. You will be given an access code once your reservation is approved. The pool is a very short walk from the L building.

The Cliffs Resort location is ideal! Just 4 minutes from Silver Dollar City, one of Branson’s biggest attractions! Silver Dollar City is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!

Not only can you enjoy the views of Table Rock Lake from your balcony but access to the lake is just down the street! With Indian Point Marina only 8 minutes from the condo, renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours!

The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!

The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

There is parking directly in front of the condo for 2 vehicles per condo. However, boats and trailers are not allowed to be parked in the parking lot. The pool is directly next to the condos, so an easy walk!
