"Not sure why this hotel has high reviews. Maybe they were paid. Paid for “smoke free” room but when I opened the door it smelled of pot. I got a new room, but the bed was horrible. It looks like a dive from the outside and not the safest. I guess this ended up being true because I woke up in the middle of the night due to a heavy police and ambulance presence. Continental breakfast does not start till 7am. I know this place was cheap, but with the high ratings I thought it would be okay. It definitely was not."

"There is a musty smell as soon as you enter the lobby, the carpet in the hallways is old and stained, the room smells musty too. The towels and sheets were clean, but the comforter was lumpy and smelled like mildew. The sleeper couch was also stained and lumpy. Thankfully our teenager could sleep on it, but said it was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was the best part. Lots of choices: eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, fruit, waffles, yogurt, bagels and bread, instant oatmeal, juice and coffee. The staff were also friendly for the most part. "
