Asked about a handicapped accessible room at check-in for my disabled mother, but got a really bizarre answer about not knowing if somebody was in the room already. she said she was going to check but never did and gave me a regular room anyway it was fine though we were only staying one night."

"The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and courteous. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained with a very comfy bed and drink making facilities were provided. The bathroom and furnishings were very good. The free Continental Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. If you were looking just for a reasonably priced room for a couple of nights, then this accommodation would definitely be worth considering."
