"This hostel was a fun place to stay while visiting Chur. They’ve done an excellent job renovating the old prison and everything is very new. It was a quirky stay. The rooms are pretty small, but that’s to be expected, they used to be jail cells. "

"Just what I was hoping for as a first youth hostel experience for my grandsons. Quirky, clean, fellowship and fun! Sheets are included in the price, but towels are extra. We recommend the Turkish style restaurant nearby for dinner...Sara's Bistro. The Breakfast buffet at the hostel was plentiful. Would go back again."

"Pros- beds were comfortable, it was quiet, full kitchen was great, self check-in went smoothly. Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed. "Very clean, quiet and comfortable hotel within an easy walk from train station with lots of restaurants and shops surrounding. Friendly, helpful staff and a nice breakfast was included in our booking. Our superior room had an oven and cooktop, but these are not allowed to be used. Fridge was Handy."
