"What a fabulous little gem in Highland Lakes, NJ. The owners were fantastic and approachable, the cottage is updated with all the regular amenities that you would want. The first morning we saw two swans a hundred yards off of the dock followed by two red-headed Pileated Woodpeckers that came into the trees in the yard, simply magical in the winter morning. "From the start our stay was fantastic. Jeff the owner of the cabin was very helpful and friendly. He had plenty of suggestions for places to see around the area. We woke up to wildlife every morning and sat by the fire pit listening to sounds of the frogs by evening. It was exactly what we needed and we will definitely be planning a return trip. Highly recommend a stay at this perfect little cabin."
