"I would not recommend this hotel and this neighbourhood. It’s more like a Airbnb property. It’s located in a residential building at the level 2 with no lift in a very sketchy neighbourhood and the corridor is super dark (which I have to climb 2 flights of stairs with 5 big luggages, ground floor starts at level 0). The property has no air-conditioning, it’s unbearable in summer in Italy with temp of 30 degrees. We were given one fan to share only. The only advantage is super near the Seravalle...

"Wonderful option and the best price if you want an accommodation near the Serravalle outlet which is 15 min away. The owners are very friendly and speak English. The area is very peaceful, quiet, and safe. The house is on top of the mountain with a wonderful view, cool in the summer. The center of the village is a short walk away. Very good breakfast for 5 euro per person. If you want an authentic Italian village experience - this is it. "

"The drive up is difficult on narrow winding roads and access from the car park is up a very steep driveway which can be difficult for some. This should be made clear in the information provided. It should also be made clear that there are a number of dogs and wolves which can be noisy. The breakfast was lovely with fresh squeezed juice, homemade jams and muffins."
