"The bones of this hotel are a lovely midcentury design. There was a missed opportunity to add charm when it was updated. It’s a sad, corporate gray remodel and the AI art is charmless. It’s also a bit of a turn off that they ask you to tip the cleaning staff—I hope they are paid adequately. I will say everyone we interacted was super accommodating and proactive. The location to museums and transit was also very good."

"Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We were slightly pessimistic about the shared bathroom but were very pleasantly surprised - no issues on availability or cleanliness. Room was compact but comfortable, and very good value compared to all other hotels for the dates of our stay."

"Hotel is close to a lot of attractions, walkable to metros and many restaurants and cafes. Amazing service at the front desk. Mia was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. It was my family’s first time to Boston, Mia provided a lot of helpful information and recommendations. Thank you!"

"We had a great stay here. Very central to downtown Boston, with a subway right outside (did not hear it when in hotel). We were in the cabin with no window which I thought may of been an issue but actually was quite good. The room was huge, clean and very comfy beds. The staff were friendly and hotel clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it anyone."

"Staff was very helpful, Breakfast was done well. Bed was very comfortable. Shuttle service to restaurants and the Quincy Adams Subway station was outstanding. Justin (driver) was great! Evening cookies were a nice treat!"
