"This was a great space in the city, with a country feel. There was a nice patio you could sit on and watch the birds, squirrels and rabbits of the city. I would certainly stay again. It was a little small with 4 people, but definitely enough space for us and plenty of towels!"

The property is old and needs to be more clearly described -- for example, "private bathroom" means a space reserved only for you - but at the opposite end of the hallway. Parking is very tight and needs to be reserved in advance - but it was not clear from the description. The third floor room without an elevator was ok for me but may not be for others. "

"The house was indeed tranquil and very clean. It included parking and was relatively convenient for our planned outing in Cambridge and our trip to the airport the next morning. The room was quite small, but the shared bathroom was convenient and clean. Before arriving, we received an email from the property informing us that check-in time would be 2 pm, but when we arrived a few minutes before 4 pm, we were informed that we could not enter until 4 (ultimately we got in a few minutes after 4)."

"Amazing location right on the beach and steps from an adorable corner store/ice cream shop. Brief walk away from restaurants and the light house. The house had some quirks but all of those were more than over looked by how amazing Bob and his family were at making our family feel right at home for the week we were there. "Showed up to check in in the middle of a noreaster, and even though I had my reservation information they said they did not have any reservations. Then they said that they had one room available though, but I would have to pay for it and then get the money back later from the original booking. Seeing as he seemed really stoned and the situation was really sketchy...I just left and found another reservation down the road. There were lots of them since it was late, snowy and windy with few...

"Cozy accommodations close to Back Bay and Fenway. A little too cozy for a couple - better for a solo leisure stay (no desk or working space). Rooms in pics look bigger than what it actually is. Garden level rooms will be a bit noisy. Excellent location and spotless and good security. "
