"I was in flat 5. Easy access, i phoned in advance to arrange entry into the apartment, i was there a little early, thankfully so was the lady who gave me the keys and showed me around the apartment. Good welcome pack was nice.. All amenities work well. The wifi code was a little tricky, as the login was incorrect, but the password was fine. Could not contact host for check in instructions dispute numerous attempts by myself and hotels.com. Therefore never got access to property and now am being refused a refund. Host insists they emailed us which is totally untrue and just a reason to keep my money. How can they make me pay for something they know they did not provide. "

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! It looks nothing like the pictures. Both showers only had burning hot water. There are paper thin walls with neighbors screaming constantly. We had to step over a girl sleeping on the sidewalk to get out of the property one night. The entire place smells like mold and is filthy. "Fantastic! ...sums it up really. We booked late, but the property manager/landlord quickly got in touch and helped us through the process. Professional yet friendly.
