Please note a $75 fee for hot tub cleaning and maintenance, ensuring its regular upkeep. We have a 3rd party contracted to handle the hot tub and this covers about half of that expense.

This home boasts a queen bedroom on the ground floor, a loft with a queen bed upstairs, a second queen bedroom upstairs, and a third bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk.

Cleaning & Stocking Fee: We have the highest quality professional housekeepers in the area. They wash all bed linens off site. Towels are also provided. Best of all, they use a line of ecofriendly toxic free cleaners. They also stock the following items: Shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap, individual bar soap, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, garbage bags, trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponges, and propane. (est. value of 50 dollars per guest)
