"Overall considering Brussels high prices this is a good value option, with some issues. The main ones being their check-in and checkouts policy. They only allow you to check-in very late and if you want to actually meet somebody within a tight 2 hour window. I think they might have the option to check in without concierge but that's a risk and I have had bad experiences in the past with other properties. Facilities are a bit dated especially the bathroom and bed had a mattress too thin and soft...

"The second time we’ve stayed here! Such good and friendly service! We loved the cosines in the bar, particularly with the fire going. We had a delicious dinner and breakfast at the Wisteria too."

"Would avoid staying at this place. There was no hot water. The living area had terrible seats (2 very uncomfortable wooden seats). There was no doors in the place - not even on the bathroom! Contact was impossible with those in charge. "

"We enjoyed our stay on the barge. It made for an interesting overnight stop on our road trip. We had to watch the children by the water / on the entry to the boat - but all was fine. There are two beds and a sofa bed - which converted to a bed easily. We went to the nearby pizza restaurant, which was very nice."

The room had a lot of amenities (air conditioning, mini kitchen, chromeCast) and very spacious. Especially for the price, I would definitely stay here again."

Hasty conversion of a traditional Brussels home by freelance contractor. Shame because very good location in relation to EU institutions. Unfortunately an EU summit subjected us to helicopter patrols which made it hard to get some sleep."
