"Clean and comfortable. Their was no plug in the tub(we bought one) the keirig coffee maker was broken, and may have been for quite some time given the almost empty jar of instant coffee on the counter. Bathroom vent fan seemed to be on its last legs judging by how loud it was. The blinds in the living room were missing a few panels which let full sun in heating the space up considerably. A fair bit of time was spent fiddling with the touch screen control panel air con setting trying to turn it...

"The appartment was sparkling clean and had lots of unexpected gadgets (air fryer, air cleaner, height adjustable desk) but on the other hand was missing some more basic amenities ( only 2 knives, 4 forks, 1 dishwasher tab..) Communication before the stay was very difficult/slow but once our arrival was pressing everything went smooth and quickly. I’d recommend staying here but for a 5 star stay would hope they make some minor adjustments."
