"We stayed at Waterland Farm as a family of 9 (plus 1 dog) for a long weekend break and it was brilliant. The house is very spacious with lots of facilities, including a toy room for the kids, a PS /x-box and old-school vinyl record player. The outdoor area is massive and the kids loved the football goal and playground. As it states the field isn’t secure for a dog as there are open areas but she still enjoyed a run around. Overall a great place to stay and we would return! "

"Loved the room, nice and airy, big fan supplied for the heat.
Very picturesque surroundings, beside a cool babbling stream with plenty of shade and colourful plants.
Excellent internet connection.
Bit of a surprise there was no restaurant, only a small bar area above the leisure facilities, however there was provision in the room to heat with a microwave and crockery and cutlery to suit bringing a takeaway back. Would have preferred specific warning on the website so I could have arrived...
