"First of all it is we had a great experience. It is a beautiful house with modern architecture and nice furniture. The scenery in the backyard is amazing and the neighborhood is very comforting. The house is still under construction in some parts but that was not an issue and it will make it better in the future. The host was considered and was prompt with our reqquest, there was a couple of tweaks that were solved on spot. Thank you David"

"Had an incredible stay. Communication was great, they were very understanding that we were at Canadas Wonderland for the day and would be checking in late. Everything was exactly like they had advertised. Would definitely recommend. "

"The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "

"Nice property. Spacious clean. As described. The front porch step was too high. Especially for people with knee problem. Other than that a nice property with nice decor. As described and same as pictures. "

"When we arrived at the house, Helen, our host, came out to greet us. She wanted to make sure that if we needed anything or had any concerns, to contact her right away. The house was super clean, well appointed, and very comfortable and relaxing. It's located in a quiet neighborhood about 40 minutes to Toronto, depending on traffic. The 2 bathrooms were great, the showers were awesome! The house was exactly as described. We would definitely recommend anyone with a family to check out this...
