The hotel’s location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Harrogate and enjoy everything the town has to offer. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and provided all the comfort you’d expect from a quality hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the shower was powerful and consistently hot – always appreciated after a long day.
Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and everything fresh and well presented. What really stood out, though, was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone I encountered was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, it delivered everything you’d hope for from a top-quality hotel: excellent service, cleanliness, comfort, and a great atmosphere. A wonderful stay and somewhere I would happily return to in the future."
