Important before booking: Turquoise Turtle requires a minimum stay of 14 nights with any-day check-in and check-out. This is not a weekly rental — it's the right choice for guests who want to settle into Anna Maria Island for two weeks or more.

Anna Maria Sound water views from the screened lanai — the light shifts over the water through the day and the sunsets arrive in front of you every evening. Turquoise Turtle is a top-floor One Particular Harbour condo where the view and the elevation give the outdoor space a quality that ground-level units can't match.

Three bedrooms sleep six. The primary suite has a king bed. The second bedroom has a king bed. The third bedroom has a murphy bed — a flexible space that works as a bedroom when needed and opens up as a sitting room when it doesn't. Three full bathrooms throughout. The open layout is well-configured for a group staying two weeks or longer.

The kitchen is fully equipped for extended meal preparation — stainless appliances, everything needed for full cooking, and the kind of setup that makes a two-week stay genuinely comfortable rather than a compromise. High-speed WiFi included.

The resort amenities for short-term guests include the heated pool and cabana, splash pad, playground, grilling area, gated security, and covered parking. Floridays restaurant is on the property. The deep water marina is available for sunset strolls. The free island trolley stops nearby. Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 2-minute drive over the bridge.

As close to AMI as you can get.....

I booked my stay very late, and was thrilled to find this rental just off AMI. It was an absolutely beautiful unit that was a quick drive (traffic allowing) to all things AMI. And even though this is located just off the island, the views of the bay and sunset are spectacular. I would absolutely stay here again. It is a perfect rental for a family get together with plenty of room to spread out, cook, play cards, and simply enjoy the sunset, pool, and easy access to the island. It was one of the best appointed rentals I've ever been in with more kitchen gadgets then I have at home, comfy beds, and everything we could want or need. 5 stars. Hands down. Looking to possibly book next year!

We absolutely loved having three bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is perfect. The community is quiet and peaceful. We love that it's gated. The pool is small, but adequate. The drive to the beach is only 5 minutes, and there were beach chairs, umbrella, and floats provided in the utility room.We highly recommend and will definitely return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the Turquoise Turtle. The views are amazing. Very spacious. We stayed January/February to escape the Chicago winter. We used the 3rd bedroom as an office and brought a small table for the master bedroom for 2nd office as my husband and I both needed to work. Internet stopped working a few times but was easily fixed by restarting the router etc. The kitchen has just about every gadget you can imagine and even had some spices and foil/wraps etc that were very much appreciated for the first few days until we could get to the store. Condo was very clean and tidy. My only slight complaint is the sheets and towels were pretty “scratchy”. We will bring our own sheets and towels next year as we loved this condo so much, we booked again. The overall property and amenities are very nice. This year was a little disappointing as all 4 treadmills were out of order until 2nd week of Feb. (we work out everyday) but found we could adjust and change our routine up a bit. Be prepared for cool temps and high winds in Jan and early Feb. I thankfully had my winter “parka” with me and wore it most nights for sunsets on the beach and even on a few afternoon walks. If possible, it would be nice to be able to screen mirror on the living room TV and/or have HBO MAX and Britbox app on main smart TV. (Screen mirror does work on the bedroom TV’s.) Best part is waking up to the beautiful views of the sound from this 4th floor home away from home. Grateful the owners are willing to share/rent their beautiful paradise. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to return next year.

Dream Vacation

The property was absolutely stunning! We felt as if we were on HGTV's Dream Vacation Home...From the minute we opened the front door, we were in love! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for a much-needed getaway. We love to cook as a family, and the kitchen had every possible small appliance imaginable! Vacations are meant to make memories and what better way to start than with a great meal? We could not have asked for a more perfect vacation or a better place to stay! Thank you for sharing your home with us and allowing us to experience luxury living near Anna Maria Island!

The condo is super clean, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and the location is very convenient. The kitchen is probably the best equipped kitchen of any rental that we have ever stayed in. It literally had everything. Plenty of towels and all the “staples” needed to enjoy our stay from detergent to coffee. We loved our time here and would highly recommend this property. We will be back!
