This 2BR/2BA gated haven has coastal curated decor giving way to the tropical escape you are seeking, and all while looking out to the breathtaking views of Anna Maria Sound. The third-floor elevator-accessed unit with an expansive western-facing screened lanai offers the perfect vantage point for incredible sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. We are only a short 1-mile drive, bike, or walk across the AMI Bridge to the sandy white beaches, cafes, and shops on Anna Maria Island! Sea Glass is a fully stocked condo with cookware, linens and three cable-ready TV's, internet, and WiFi. It accommodates up to 5 guests with one king, one queen, and one queen sofa sleeper and has a minimum 5-night stay. The resort has a swimming pool, splash pad, grills, picnic tables, lounge chairs, along with access to a unit-specific storage with beach supplies. The nearby Neal, Perico, and Robinson Preserves provide trails for wildlife viewing, picnicking, kayak launching and much more. The on-site marina is home to the Freedom Boat Club which offers boating without the expense of boat ownership. The Compass Hotel and Margaritaville-themed Floridays restaurant are a short walk away. Guests staying 29 nights or more at Sea Glass get exclusive use of the following amenities at the neighboring resort Harbour Isle private beach club, Sky Bar, Cabana Bar, state-of-the-art gym, kayak use, nature trails, and social/recreational activities through the Lifestyle Coordinator.

*PARKING: Gated community with an assigned parking space under the building as well as a storage unit for beach supplies. Beach supplies include beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and beach cart.

*Pickleball enthusiasts- 24 public state of the art pickle ball courts, mostly undercover with ceiling fans.

*Resort Amenities for SHORT TERM STAYS (5-28 nights) include covered parking, free Wi-Fi, a private resort-style heated pool with clubhouse, a children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and a BBQ grilling area with picnic tables.
*Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 29 nights or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pool overlooking the intercoastal, hot tub and beach area. Fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, kayaks with two launches, three additional private pools and a hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along the quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.
