This condo lies within the community of Shorewalk. A beautifully maintained 30 acre complex of quiet tree lined streets, safe lighted walking paths and 6 ponds.
AMENITIES
Clubhouse surrounded by 2 heated Pools, each with separate Jacuzzis, 2 lighted Tennis/Pickleball courts, a Basketball court, Table tennis, Bocce ball and Shuffleboards. Attached is a childrens playground. Patio tables and large Gas B-B-Q Grills are available for the guests to use. Relax inside the clubhouse lounge area in front of the big screen T.V., play video games, cards or billards. A clubhouse attendant is available to assist you with any clubhouse activities or offer directions/pamphlets to local attractions. A slice of paradise

The property itself is very nice, near main roads and shopping. The condo was extremely clean,well stocked, the beds were so comfortable. Perfectly situated on the grounds. A pond nearby entertained us with cranes, ducks opping their bottoms up to feed and sunbathing turtles. Bocci and 2 pickleball courts. Two pools, saltwater, floating was so relaxing.

This ground level unit was perfect for our party of 4. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a front load washer and dryer. The condo was clean except for the couch which was so dirty that I had to cover it with a towel before sitting on it. A sheet would have worked better but wasn’t available. Overall, we were very pleased and comfortable. Great location.

Bradenton Trip

Location was absolutely perfect for the IMG tournament we were at (1 mile away). Andre and Barb were excellent with communication. Easy to get to surrounding beaches and towns. Only thing to be aware of is that you will need to provide your own paper towels, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent. Not at all a complaint on our end just something to know ahead of time for planning (with plenty of places walking distance to fill these needs). Thanks again Barb and Andre!

An affordable week in paradise!

My sister and I love coming to Andre and Barb’s condo. It provides all we need or want and then some. We walk at Bray Park every morning and then head to the beach at Anna Maria Island. A week in paradise

There home was the most beautiful relaxing place I have ever stayed at. We all fell in love with the home. It was so clean and charming. It had everything you needed from cooking to going to the beach. The people managed the clubhouse were so friendly and helpful. The 2 pools and hot tubs were very clean and relaxing. I cannot wait to stay again.
