This coastal duplex, with space for 14 guests, is just 3 miles from multiple Gulf beaches, offering a perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. The bright, airy interior features charming coastal decor, ideal for large groups. Enjoy privacy while being steps from the Historic Cortez Fishing Village, known for dining, music, and fun. Take the free trolley to explore scenic Anna Maria Island. With nearby beaches, dining, and entertainment, there’s something for everyone!
