Welcome to a Sunny Retreat! Located in Taylor Morrison s resort-style gated community of Esplanade at Azario, this warmly updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom den/office villa is situated on a lakefront lot.

Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch is a golf and country club community currently featuring an 18-hole championship golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, dog park, pool and flower garden, a resort-style pool with poolside Bahama bar, clubhouse, spa, and fitness center.

You will find a private entrance and lush landscaping with a lovely lake view upon entry. You will find a light and bright atmosphere within the villa. There is stunning natural lighting and an open-concept floor plan. The spacious living room has lovely lake views, a plush pull out couch, two adjoining day chairs, and a Smart TV. The outdoor patio has an unobstructed view of the lake and is perfect for your morning cup of coffee. The large kitchen has beautiful countertops, plenty of cabinet space, and all stainless-steel appliances. Adjacent is the dining room, which has gorgeous mirrored walls and a stunning chandelier.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, lake views, and a TV with a dresser. Attached is the primary bathroom. The sizeable primary bathroom has a dual vanity, a walk-in closet, and a massive walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a large dresser and closet. The second bathroom has a large vanity with a shower/tub combo. The den/office has a pull-out couch and a desk to set up your remote office!

Awesome!

This is a beautiful property, clean, exactly as pictured and the host left us all we needed to get started. The community is amazing, the location is perfect and is close to all shopping and activities. We truly enjoyed our time here and we would love to return in the future. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this home and for a wonderful vacation!

Immaculate modern rental

Very close to the dog park and satellite pool, with spectacular sunsets over the pond. Beds and even pull out couches were exceptionally comfortable; plenty of towels and decently stocked kitchen — but weirdly, no hangers at all and very rickety dining room chairs; everything felt new, fresh, immaculate. Azario pools, gym, Bahama Bar and golf course all high end resort-feeling. We did have trouble checking in because Azario hadn’t received paperwork or check but once that was straightened out, fantastic two month stay. Would gladly return.
