Pet friendly up to 25 lbs (add'l fees apply) crate available. Equipped with all the comforts of home. Infrared grill, propane included. Home has 3 beds, 1 king, 1 queen, and the Florida room has a pull-out queen sofa. SRQ Airport is just 11 miles away. A short distance to shopping and beaches. Enjoy this tropical oasis worry and stress-free.

Fun beach decorations throughout the house and pool area. Very clean and well equipped, especially the kitchen. The heated pool was a real plus even though the weather was warm. We are pleased that we chose this house to rent.

The home is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Anna Maria Island, IMG Academy and Sarasota. Abundance of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. House is beautifully appointed and hosts made an extra effort for warm welcoming touches. Wonderful pool in a screened enclosure and the washer & dryer makes this house better than any hotel or condo in the area. The beds are excellent. They have made sure everything you need is here. We will be staying again this coming summer and fall.

Beautiful property that was very clean! Easily accessible to Anna Maria Island, Coquina Beach and Bradenton Beach. Close to many eateries and grocery stores. The owner was easily accessible and responded properly with any needs. We will definitely be back!
