Main home is 5 br and 3.5 bath at 4200 square ft and pool home is 3 br 1 bath with its own private kitchen and living space. Come Enjoy Xanadu !!! There are 2 exterior security cameras on site.

Great place! Multi generation group including children, infancy to late teen. So much to enjoy without ever going anywhere. Home is close to beautiful beaches and more. We hated to leave!

We had a great time on our Post-Christmas Vacation. We traveled with our four Children and Grandchildren (ages 1-7) It was perfect. There was never any need to go anywhere else! Restaurants and Groceries stores moments away as well as Bradenton Beach. The Property manager was attentive and helped us with any questions or needs. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks you for a wonderful time!

The property was stunning. The outdoors amazing! I wished they had more bathrooms but we made it work. The property manager was very attentive, just be aware not to put the music too loud outdoors cause the neighbor is not friendly at all. Overall, everything was great!

The property it's a resort in itself! The outdoor areas are relaxing and a great way to start and end the day. Family members took excursions, enjoyed all amenities, and even had a tournament for ping-pong, foosball, pool, and pickleball. It was a stay filled with wonderful memories for our family. The access to so many amenities was impressive! There was something for everyone as the Pickleball court was a big part of our daily exercise. Even my 86 year old Grandma jumped in for the sand volleyball game! Great memories were had by all!

The perfect stay for 23 people age 5-70 from around the country! Fabulous beach nearby but we only went there once as the property offered all we were looking for, time together to connect and make memories. We found it to be exactly as advertised and we hope to return! Enjoy!

15 of us had a great anniversary celebration at this property! We had pool time and family challenges with the game areas, inside and out. The accommodations are first rate. This listing is one of the few times the Online Pictures did not lie! Good location - beach, restaurants and stores are all close! Good communication with owner!

We had a party of 20 adults stay at this house for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday and had the most amazing time. The house had everything we needed for a great time. Lots of space to gather as a group and socialize and also plenty of private space to get away from the noise if needed. The activities provide all day fun so you do not even need to leave the house but beautiful beaches are a short drive away. All the shopping you will need is only a 5 min drive down the road. We felt like we had our own private resort and loved every minute of it. Thank you for a fantastic vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well-maintained property. The outdoor area with the pool and pickleball court was a draw and we spent the majority of our time in these areas! We were a group of 17 with ten parents and seven kids ranging from 16-20 years old. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and enough beds for everyone. Our only complaint was that there are only three showers total, which required us to plan ahead. The location is ideal for heading to the beach (go by 8:30 am to avoid traffic), shopping, golf, going for walks, and spring training baseball. During our stay, we had questions about the pool filter and Paul was very responsive. Overall, I’d recommend this beautiful property!
