Sunset Terrace 108 Gulf Front 2/2 Pool Condo

Sunset Terrace Condo #108 is a beautiful two bedroom, two bath Gulf front condo with a heated pool located at 2312 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach.
This first floor unit offers a spectacular panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico right from your Livingroom and has ability to sleep six guests with a king size bed, a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa.

There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit for your use and convenience. There is a 42" LCD television in the living room with a Blu-Ray DVD and access to Netflix, if you have an account with them. There is a 46" television in the master bedroom and a 31" television in the guest bedroom.

Covered parking, a heated pool and ground level storage with beach gear complete the package.

Sunset Terrace is a very popular Bradenton Beach rental so please book early.
This is a smoke free property with a one week minimum stay.

Great location, close to everything! Nice accommodations with everything you need for a low key week’s stay. Beautiful sunsets right from the lanai while sipping cocktails!

Beauty in Bradenton

This property was absolutely perfect for my family. The beach was amazing and we loved that there were no crowds. The condo has everything we needed for our stay. My only recommendation is that the storage unit be cleaned out due to most items being broken. We did leave a new umbrella for the next guest. I would definitely rent this unit again!!

Having a beachfront site was quite convenient as we could walk right out to the beach. The apartment was spotless, and very comfortable.

Great stay at this property.

I am not giving a 5 star to this property due to some description that says, property was renewed. Yes I can tell it was renewed but it was a long time ago since the kitchen is very old. A couple of examples, you enter the master bathroom and there is no switch to turn the lights on inside of the bathroom, both bathrooms have sink stoppers that gets stuck and do not come up again. They have chairs on wheels that are waiting for an accident to happen that may cause big trouble. Those are details that did not jeopardize our stay, on the other side the views and proximity to the beach are wonderful. The overall evaluation is a place a recommend especially if you are budget conscious.

Didn’t call & went in unit without telling us. When living TV was turned off it wouldn’t come back on so had to sit in bedroom all week to watch TV. Furniture in master badly in need of replacement. Refrigerator has seen better days but worked fine. Unit was clean and love the location. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the set up of the condo as well as location, but the kitchen was small/too many dishes!

We loved Sunset Terrace and are returning next spring! The condo was not as clean as it could have been. The carpets in the bedrooms are old and dirty and should be removed in my opinion. The kitchen is small, but if there weren’t so many unnecessary dishes, there would be room for somewhere to go with the guests groceries. We loved dining in and enjoying the lanai as opposed to eating out and having to wait and waste our time! Also, the storage closet for 108, needs to be gone through and all the broken items removed. I would also recommend adding what items are useable in the closet (chairs, umbrellas and canopy) to the overview on the website. That would’ve been helpful information for our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend this property!

I wish the screen wasn't on the back porch. However, I do realize that is because the vegetation is right under the balcony, so this keeps the bugs away. It was appreciated just blocked a little of the clear view. The kitchen is fully stocked. The condo was very clean. We also loved the use of the storage closet in the garage, so we did not have to bring all of the beach gear to the room each day.The shower head in the master bath was AMAZING! I also loved the split vanities in the master bath. This did help with getting dressed while someone is showering.I highly recommend.

Reviewer Comments: We had quite a few problems with the recent stay, which I will try to summarize.1) The staff was not helpful or friendly when I picked up keys. I had emailed about an early check in, they made no mention of it, said they would text if cleaners got done early - and did not, although the cleaners were done an hour early.2) The door code we were given for our May stay was the same in October.3) The storage locker is full of broken furniture and bad smell - we called and left a vm, never got a call back.4) The water in the second shower only got lukewarm, not hot.Needless to say, we will not be using Island Vacation properies in the future.

It has been updated making it very luxurious. Heavy, high-end sliding doors make up the entire back wall highlighting a breathtaking view of the beach. You can sit on the patio and watch the sunsets. Appliances and kitchenware were good quality. I had a choice of Cusinart drip coffee like I drink at home or convenient Keurig cups. It had a new stove, refrigerator with an ice maker and full size dishwasher, washer and dryer. Bathrooms were redone very nicely with strong water pressure. Mattresses on the beds were fantastic as was the huge comfy sofa. TV’s in each room. It was well appointed with plenty of towels, good pillows, sheets, blow up mattresses and crisp white sheets. There is covered parking with a spicket for cleanup when coming off the beach. Beach chairs and toys are located in the storage closet in the parking garage. There is one set of steps to get up to the unit so be aware of that. The pool is small but very nice. We usually do enjoy walking to restaurants & shopping but needed to use the trolley or drive for that.Would I recommend this condo to a friend? ABSOLUTELY!
