Welcome to Anna Maria Island and the City of Bradenton Beach.

We are located 45 minutes south of St Petersburg, an hour south of the Tampa International airport, 2 hours from Orlando and its many theme parks and twenty minutes north of Sarasota on the Gulf side of Florida.

Our island is seven miles long and 2-5 blocks wide. We are a family-friendly place with water sports, beach shops, gift shops with restaurants and fishing on the Historic Bridge Street and Pier. A free trolley gives rides up and down the island. A new bike path runs along the beaches next to beach parks with barbecues and life guard stations. We are Old Florida - relaxed without the high-rise feel.

Our newly updated condo is located in a quiet neighborhood just 85 flip-flop steps to the pure white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. Our Island is 7.5 miles long and made up of 3 cities; Anna Maria is on the northern tip, and the widest part of the Island. Holmes Beach is in the middle and this is where the public beach is located. WE are located in Bradenton beach, in between the Manatee and Cortez bridges. This is the most narrow part of the Island and offers the best beach access.

Our Condo is a corner unit that is always bright and sunny. The condo includes two bedrooms and one bath. Bedroom one has a queen bed (new mattress 2024) and 43" flat screen TV with ROKU. Bedroom 2 includes two twin beds with new mattresses (2024). The twin beds can be converted to a KING making this a perfect place for couples. Also includes and 20" flat screen with ROKU stick.
The living area has a new (2024) 55" mounted Samsung SMART Flat screen TV including premium cable and WI-FI.

NEW* in 2025: A washer/dryer all in one combo has been added for your convenience as well as a full kitchen remodel including new DISHWASHER, stove/oven, microwave and refrigerator!

The leather couch has double power reclining chairs.

Great location

We've stayed a couple times now and the location is great for us. Beach is a short walk, and there's lots of beach amenities supplied by the owner, so that makes it nice. The condo is a great size for us, clean, and has everything we need. We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic vacation

The place is absolutely adorable with everything you might need. The beds are awesome, slept really good! The host Veronique was the sweetest person to deal with. We will definitely stay there the next time we come to Anna Marie Island.

Great oasis

This was a great little condo, beautiful pool, close to beach and trolley stop, all the amenities you will need. The host was very responsive, very helpful, and kind. The condo itself as well as the property was very clean. It had all.the comforts of home. Would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect Getaway

Unbelievably Clean and Perfect Location

This condo was the perfect location, was beyond clean, neat and tidy. We were visiting AMI as Tropical Storm Debby rolled through. The owner was very communicative and kind. We did enjoy one beach day and one pool day prior to wind and rain, but no matter we had a lovely time. We will definitely be back next year.

Beautiful unit in an ideal location

This condo is a little gem in a particularly lovely part of Anna Maria. Great restaurants within a few blocks. The great shops and bars on Bridge Street are just down the street. A very comfortable, beautifully appointed accommodation.

Super cute Condo and Amazing Location!

The Condo was fully stocked and had all we needed. Loved that it had a wagon to cart what we needed to beautiful white sand beaches which was just steps away. My husband and I had a great time on the island and will definitely be back. Highly recommend. 🙂

This rental is exactly as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness of it was wonderful. The owner gives you details in a PDF file on operating things inside and where everything is. She was so accommodating. We had a wonderful time for our girls vacation.

Room was well stocked, very clean and absolutely adorable! Host was quick to respond with any questions. My only complaint, well not really a complaint, but suggestion. Would be to put some umbrellas up at the pool and maybe update the pool furniture. Location was perfect....forgot to count if it was 85 flip flops to beach :-D it was a short walk though. Excellent!

The property was immaculate. I loved being able to walk to the beach. The free trolley was an extra benefit. We rode the trolley all over the island to visit all of the shops. The owner has been easy to work with; always responding in a timely fashion. We are already play a trip for next year.

Convenient Location

Our stay was very nice. The place was very clean and well stocked upon arrival. We had zero problems during our stay, so we never had to contact the owners - that's a good thing! The beach chairs in the closet came in handy as we were on the beach every day. The kitchen is somewhat small, but we mostly dine out. There are many restaurants in the area. The station for the free trolley is within walking distance. We liked the second-floor location for security reasons and parking was never a problem.

Completely Stocked

This property is beautiful and completely stocked. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, everything yiu could ever need in a kitchen. Really comfy reclining couches. Big pool. Literally a 90-second walk to the beach. Circle K is close for necessaries. Access to free transportation. Bridge Street is so fun! Owner responds within minutes and is extremely helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Decent small place on a budget

Wasn't the best wasn't the worst. Main issue was the place wasn't cleaned when we arrived. No clean sheets or towels (piled on the floor dirty) and sand everywhere. We drove 1 hr round trip to Walmart to get these things (reimbursemed for the sheet) was also reimbursed for 1 nights stay and cleaning fee but felt it should have been 2 nights at least as the cleaner couldn't come until day 3. All in all if your on a budget this is a decent place. Pool was nice and close to the beach

Lovely stay

We enjoyed a full week at this property. Everything was as described and the location was perfect with super easy access to the beach and stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owners was impressive. We had a major issue with the AC towards the end of our trip and they Had someone out the very next morning to replace the entire AC unit. These things can happen and I was grateful for how quick they acted, especially with a hot and cranky toddler. One small thing, there is no tub only a very lovely new shower. So if you have little ones that require a bath it’s something to think of. We made do just fine. Hope to stay again in the future!
