he unit was immaculate and very well decorated and provisioned. The resort was located so that one end was on the Bayside with a fishing pier and the other just across the road a short distance from the beach. Lovely place. Had a very good time. Would rent again.

The property was clean and well decorated! Excellent location - next to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Beach items were provided too. Only issue we experienced was hearing the people above us walking around and the children running around in the early morning hours.

Location-perfect. Close to all of the amenities of the area and so close to those white sands and crystal blue green waters just across the street. We didn’t need to bring anything extra for the beach-everything for our trip was already on property (tennis racquets, tennis balls, beach umbrellas and chairs, beach toys, etc). Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and plenty of space for our snacks and drinks! Beds were comfy and shower was amazingly strong for a rental! Communication was outstanding. Definitely would rent this place again!

Loved everything about this condo! Very clean organized and decorated so lovely! Owners have thought of everything! From furniture to pool towels to beach supplies. Tons of dishware to cook anything and everything from pots & Pans to utensils to containers. It's one of the best! Hope to come again in July of 2023 🤞 Thank you, The Mccabe's from Ohio 🏈

Loved being so close to the fabulous pool. Roomy and comfortable. With trolley, everything was easy to access. Sunset on the water across Gulf Dr. on the beach so beautiful. Overall, a wonderful experience. Thank you. As a note, we were given just one key. So that is all returned.

Our stay at this property was amazing. First of all, I was impressed by the cleanliness. Having the beach so close, I would expect visitors to bring some sand inside in the shoes, but everything was very clean. The decoration was incredibly beautiful and truly makes you feel relaxed at the beach. This is a spacious home where I stayed comfortably with my family of four, including two kids. The unit is very well located inside of the residences, a few steps from the swimming pool. The beach access is just across the street and the island’s free trolley stop is at the entrance of the buildings. You can take the trolley for our food shopping and to see the island. When we went to the Mote Aquarium, we just used a popular transportation app. Ride at a very reasonable fare. Inside the unit, there were sets of clean towels, toilet paper, hair dryer, extra blankets. In the living room they had plenty of table games and local reading, which were great to have. They have everything you need to have fun at the beach, like umbrellas, balls, floating devices, etc. inside the beach closet. The kitchen is very well equipped and clean. I was traveling with children so having how to prepare a meal for them is a plus. There’s also new washer and dryer were we just drop the towels to have clean ones like in a hotel. The manager’s office is inside the residences, with very friendly staff. The neighbors are just wonderful. We had a blast in our vacations! We can’t wait to go back soon.
