You're just steps from the beach when you stay at Villa by the Sea #3! This gem of a condo is all about convenience as it puts you close to everything Anna Maria Island has to offer, from swimming to sandy sunsets to shopping. Perfect for a small family or a couple's romantic getaway, this condo is less than a three minute walk from beautiful Bradenton Beach and the infamous Bridge Street shops and restaurants.

Villa by the Sea #3's open floor plan puts everything at your fingertips without ever making you feel crowded. The spacious beach-themed living room offers a cozy sofa where you and your family can relax and catch up on your favorite shows on the cable TV. Prepare a full meal, warm up leftovers, or mix up a cocktail in the fully equipped kitchen. The comfortable bedroom sleeps two, with a queen-size bed and another cable TV. There's also extra bedding for the sleeper sofa in the living area, so the condo sleeps four in all (children welcome!). The full bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and plenty of fresh, fluffy towels.

The unit was very clean. It is located in an excellent location. Within walking distance to a lot of places. The unit has plenty of towels, wash cloths and dishes. The area around the pool is small but a nice area to sit around and relax. They will send you a code to get in. When they say 4:00 they mean 4:00 not a minute sooner. We will definitely rent this unit again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was the perfect place and size for just the two of us. We walked the Cortez bridge every day for exercise along with great walks on the beach. The property was in a perfect area which was close to everything and walking distance to a lot of places! We walked to Bridge street every night. We just love this area and will definitely be back.

Easy to find and get in on our own! Short walk to the beach, provided two beach chairs, and beach towels! Pool was warm and nice to swim in with temps in mid-60s! Short walk to Bridge St for food, drinks, and shopping. Great off street parking and perfect location for a short drive to Anna Maria Island!!

It was the perfect place for us to stay while attending a wedding and reception on Anna Maria Island. We liked the convenience of the location and took advantage of the quick walk to a beautiful beach. We liked the heated pool, especially renting in January. We would stay here again.
Sunset 3 minutes walk from our rental.

Very unhappy. Pool was dirty first 4 days of stay. Had to get out of condo twice for sale related items. No pressure in shower. Nothing done about it. No hot water for 2 days. Asked for reimbursement. Just got run around for a week. Stayed 2 weeks. Repair man very rude accused us of lying. Completely rude. Mad that he had to come out to fix hot water. Will not use this property or rental co again. We go to AMI every year.

The location was perfect! The unit was so cute and just the perfect size for the two of us. Loved all the extras provided! The only reason for the four star rating was that upon arrival we noticed the bathroom sink was clogged. I contacted the admin, it was looked at by maintenance but never fixed while we we there. We had to use the kitchen sink. Everything else was wonderful.

Nice place, but…

When we arrived for our 5 day stay the power was out. Fortunately, the power company came and fixed the problem. When we tried to access the internet or TV we could not. After 3 days of asking for assistance from the property, the property manager showed up and fought to get a Soectrum technician to come out. Thanks to Adam the property manager we had internet and TV the final days of our trip. The place was newly renovated and nice but am concerned about staying again if there was a bigger problem than internet.

Great location BUT…

This property was very quaint and clean. I did read the reviews and it appears the wifi issues still continue.. as the wifi kept cutting out and if you go to the back bedroom you lost it completely. The bathroom sink was clogged I reported it immediately and we were dealing with a rental agency so it’s called a work order they must submit and that took time. Then there was an issue with the pool.. something landed in it and we need the pool to be serviced, and that too was a work order so the pool was out of commission for a whole day. The problem is we were there for 4 days and time is of the essence when you want to utilize the ammenities. It is what it is. Not likely to stay here again.

Wonderful

Centrally located near beach, restaurants and shops. We would stay again! Very small but perfect for two people. Lots of beach supplies available. Pool was nice, grill available. Quiet neighborhood. Very close walk to beach. Maybe 5 min walk.

Cute little condo

We loved the location and the condo! We would definitely book again and do recommend. However- we checked in 2hours after check in because no one was communicating with us. Then we had an issue with the shower and again no communication back to us, some palms fell in the pool after a storm and no communication again. Just be aware that the property manager will not communicate with you.

Lovely place to stay. Close to everything you would need and can take the free trolley to further spots. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had all of the essentials.

Close to everything!

Place is small but sufficient for two people. The kitchen had everything that we needed. I enjoyed the fact that it was within walking distance to restaurants and the pier and only a short walk to the beach.

Nice, until we left

We booked for a non smoking unit, but the other 4 units were smokers which is fine. But we recieved a $500 charge for evidence of smoking and bathroom vanity damage??? The day we left. This is a complete money grab. I will be calling their proprty manager to dispute. The bathroom was outdated and had cheap towel holder that would fall apart every time a towel was put on it. With that said nice location, but not worth paying for others that smoke

Great location

Perfect spot for my wife and I. Walk to beach and shops. Only thing the cable sucks. Had to continually reset boxes and they take forever to reload. I’m used to the fastest internet in the world in Chattanooga but other than that will definitely come back.

Spectacular Location!

Our first time staying on the island and it won’t be our last. Unfortunately our car broke down just before we arrived, but we didn’t really need it because everything is right there for us. Two minute walks to bridge street, the beach and more. Looking forward to our next stay.
