COMPLETLY REDONE!! You will fall in love with this adorable three-bedroom, two-bath ground-floor home tucked away on a quiet street just a stone's throw from both the Gulf of Mexico and Anna Maria Sound. Everything is brand new from top to bottom.

You'll love the big, comfy furniture, the large flat-panel TVs, and the all-weather indoor/outdoor dining room overlooking the pool. Family fun awaits!


The primary bedroom features a king bed and en suite bath, while the second bedroom features a queen bed. The second full bath is located off of the living area for easy access. In the third bedroom, you will find full size bunk beds with a twin trundle.



But the fun doesn't stop inside! The beautiful heated pool will be everyone's favorite spot. Set up your chairs in the water on the shallow sun shelf, then jump in to cool off and play with the kids. For a little more adventure and sea breezes, head over to the beach--it's only a block away!

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.

*PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly for one dog with a maximum weight of 50 pounds and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for the first week. There is a $50 fee per week for any additional weeks booked. Also, certain breeds are excluded. It is necessary that you check with our office prior to your trip for details on weight and breed limitations.

Best Vacation Ever

Anna Maria island is a very special place. This was our 1st visit not our last. The house was just as pictured! The pool, location and neighborhood were perfect! We were a block from the beach and had everything we needed to make lots of family memories❤️. I would highly recommend and plan to stay here in the future!

Fantastic stay again!

Our stay was seamless. From the day of check in until the morning we checked out. The neighbors and locals in the area were very helpful. We ventured to the beach right at the end of the block. Found many sand dollars. It was a wonderful stay and the house was just enough for our week get away. Comfy, cozy , and felt like home.

Great place for family

Great setup for a small family. Some of the interior was a little dated but very clean and the pool area was fantastic. The property management team was super helpful and even stopped out to help with the pool heater on Christmas Eve.

Beautiful island getaway

Great vacation!

The kids loved the pool and beach nearby. There were beach chairs, a wagon, and a cooler for guests to use. Everything was within walking distance or a short ride on the free trolly. Will definitely be back!

Great location comfy home

We love the old Florida feel of this little bungalow. We have stayed here before. It fits our family perfect as far as the space. The pool is perfect. The location is wonderful. Although we didn’t bring our pups with us this time, we love that it is pet friendly. We love AMI!

Corner lot with GREAT LOCATION!

This house was just perfect for our family beach vacation! The rooms were a great size and the living space was ideal for us to hang out. A couple of suggestions I would make would be to have the couch professionally deep cleaned including the carpet. The location of the house was ideal to head to the beach then come back and relax in the pool! We will definitely love to come back to enjoy this rental again!

Very well furnished home. It had everything we needed to cook and clean. Super roomy and comfortable. Close to the beach, but you do have to cross a busy road to get there. My only complaint is the owner lives down the street and stopped in unexpectedly a few too many times. Overall a great experience.

We enjoyed the week

This house worked for our group of 8. Pool was great to have, layout was nice for some separation when needed. The property is old, some reviews indicated that, some did not which surprised me. I have shared a few concerns with management and they were very willing to listen. I had a few issues during the stay, only called property manager once and a plumber was called to address it quickly which was appreciated. I feel like the cost for the week, for a party of 8, is what it is.

“Heated”Pool Vacation Home

When we arrived the house had been painted hours before we entered. Construction across street during week hours. Pool did not heat until weather approached 70 degrees towards the end of our stay. Property could use a handyman to fix fridge, dishwasher noise, broken exterior electrical outlet covers. Other then the construction noise / quiet neighborhood / Friendly Locals / Great Food / Fishing / Beaches!!!!!
