Welcome to Bay to Beach, with front row seats from both of your private lanais, you'll never miss a spectacular Anna Maria Island sunset. Bay to Beach is located in Coquina Moorings, a 14-condo complex in Bradenton Beach. The condo resort sits on the Sarasota Bay and is directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico.

The bright kitchen overlooks a dining room with seating for six and additional stools at the counter. The living area is a comfortable spot for the family to gather and enjoy the bay views from the patio doors leading to the screened lanai.

The master bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom and private entrance to a screened lanai with incredible views of Sarasota Bay. The first guest room has a queen bed and screened lanai with amazing gulf views. The final guest room includes two twin beds. Each bedroom includes crisp linens and plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

Soak up the sun beside the heated resort pool overlooking Sarasota Bay. Bring your boat on vacation or rent a boat from one of Anna Maria Island's boat rental companies, Bay to Beach includes a private boat slip that can accommodate a boat up to 30 feet. Your private dock is also an ideal place for fishing!

Community charcoal grills are available for your use to grill your catch of the day. Dine inside or outside on your private screened lanai and take in tranquil views of Sarasota Bay.

Bay to Beach is easy walking distance to Gulf Ave, restaurants, and the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Beach & Bay fun location

Great location with the beach on one side and the bay on the other. The place could use a little updating in the kitchen and bathrooms. They only stock you with one roll of paper products and soaps, so if you are staying longer than a few days I would stock up before arriving.

Perfect beach vacation.

Great location on the beach. Even when it was crowded there was plenty of room to grab a good spot on the beach. Beautiful views of the bay and gulf. Really enjoyed the screen porches to watch sunrise on the bay and sunset on the gulf. The pool was awesome and great spot to socialize with other families at the condos.

Great condo. Best of both worlds fishing in the bay through the back docks and across the street is the beautiful ocean. Condo has everything you need! Perfect place for 6 people comfortably. Loved the screened porch in the back that can be closed in by sliding doors.

Fishermen's paradise

The unit had all you need, the kitchen is well equipped with everything! The beach is right across the street literally, you can see it from your balcony and hear the waves. The fishing pier at the back of the property is amazing! The heated pool was such a delight as the ocean water was pretty cold! We LOVED our vacation and will definitely come back!

Great place in AMI

We’re very pleased with the unit we rented at Coquina Moorings.(Beach to Bay) What great views of Sarasota Bay as well as the Gulf from the both sides of our unit. While the Red Tide was somewhat of a downer the first two days of the week it did get better after the winds changed direction and we were not really bothered much after that. Would rent that unit in A heartbeat aagain. We just loved it!

Perfect location on Anna Maria Island

Location was perfect on southern end of Anna Maria Island about 1 mile from Longboat Key pass. The condo offered water views from both front and back balconies so you can watch both sunrise and sunset. It was equipped well but would have preferred more bath towels and toilet paper but we survived by doing multiple towel washes in the washing machine inside the condo. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. Each bedroom had a tv which was great great for the kids. I woukd definately not hesitate to rent this condo for a future vacation.

Great space and Perfect location

Three bedroom rentals are rare and this one delivers in location and price. My family had a very nice time and enjoyed both easy beach access and pool time with views of both the bay and the beach. The management team was very responsive even on a Sunday when it didn't seem like our fridge was getting cold. They were immediately on top of the issue and it didn't disrupt our stay at all. The bathrooms and the kitchen could use a refresh as could some of the furnishings, but it didn't detract from a great time. Thank you!

Great location

Great location in a quiet residential area. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, however there are a few things I'd like to address. We had a major issue with teeny tiny ants. They were there the day we checked in (Saturday) in the master bedroom and bathroom. I purchased ant traps, but that didn't seem to help, so I called the after hours number and someone came out right away, but that was all that happened. No one ever came out to spray and so we were left to squish ants all week. By the end of the week they were literally everywhere and some even hitchhiked home with us. The beds leave a lot to be desired and make sure you bring your own pillow as the ones there are pancake thin. Also, if you plan on cooking you may want to bring your own large frying pan - the one there is useless (the center is popped up so everything runs to the sides if that makes sense) and also baking sheets - we couldn't locate any. I know it sounds like a lot of negatives, but really the good out weighed the bad and I would stay here again. The water pressure was fantastic (which is a big deal for me having thick hair), we always had enough hot water, it was just a few short steps to the beach, there were 4 beach chairs, it was quiet, the beach access was across the street, there's a parking garage under the condo so your vehicle is not sitting in direct sunlight, and other than the ant issue, the condo was clean overall. (One other thing to mention, there is only stair access to the condo, so if you have issues with stairs this condo probably isn't for you.)
