IMPORTANT: Runaway Bay has ongoing construction occurring due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton. The tennis/pickle ball courts are open and available. Amenities, such as the pool, shuffle board, the exercise room, and fishing pier are currently closed and unavailable. Parking, at times, is limited due to contractors performing repairs. Our unit is available, and the price reflects the current limited amenities and construction. Please reach out to us for more information. (May 2025).

The Anna Maria Island Get-A-Way at Bradenton Beach is a 4-minute walk to the beautiful sugary sunset beach. Relax in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom located in a quiet section of Runaway Bay. Unit 280 sits a few steps away from heated pool with no street traffic noise. The enclosed lanai balcony overlooks the scenic lagoon pond. The kitchen opens up to the dining/living room with beautiful tile floors in kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs!
All beach and pool needs are included: four chairs, beach towels and some toys for the kids. Runaway Bay has the largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island with tennis court, pickle ball, workout/gym room and party room. The large fishing pier on the bay and closeness to the beautiful beaches on Anna Maria Island make this ideal for a family vacation or a romantic getaway!
NO CAR NEEDED! Leave your car in one of the two covered parking spaces and walk or take the free trolley up and down the Island exploring sunny beaches or unique beach watering holes and restaurants. Included are 4 beach/pool towels, 4 beach chairs, beach toys for the kids.

Very nice condo seamless stay great location but a little further than we thought to walk but overall an easy walk to the beach. Pool never crowded. Couldn’t have asked for anything better with short notice of a couple of weeks.

The condo was very nice and had everything that we needed. The overall property was well kept and a good location to be able to get to everywhere on the island and Bradenton. Beach access is right across the street and easy to access. Our dog passed away just before traveling, but I can recommend this condo for anyone traveling with pets.

I stayed with my family of 5, which includes 2 teenage boys, and the size was perfect. We didn’t feel like we were constantly on top of each other. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping! Would absolutely stay there again!

Our trip was amazing ! The condo was great! We did have a couple of unexpected guests (2 lizards and a huge bug) but that's one of the things that happens in Florida we've learned 😉 The condo was clean and we loved the decorating. We are definitely making AMI an annual trip and we would love to stay in the same place again if it's available.

Lovely condo! Short walk to the beach access across the street. We enjoyed our stay very much. The living room and bedrooms were very comfortable. The screened balcony overlooking the lagoon was a wonderful place for breakfast. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and more. Very easy check in/out. Apartment in a great location. Short way to the beach. Great pool. Nice apartment, communication with the landlord very nice. The bed in the bedroom was a bit saggy. The apartment could have been a little cleaner. But these are just small things. We felt very comfortable.

We had a good time in spite of difficulties checking in however Dan was great & all was resolved in a short period of time. The place is super clean, adequately stocked & in great location. First time to Bradenton Beach, we all enjoyed it. there are a lot of restaurants, shops and entertainment. There is miniature golf for kids and many golf courses nearby. kid friendly area , everyone we met were very friendly. There are many towns and beaches close by. The condo was perfect for our family, 2 bed 2 bath with a washer and dryer a great pool and beach across the street. Beach chairs cooler ,sand toys and towels all provided . everything you need. Owners were friendly and helpful .

What is there to say other than the hosts doing their best to keep up informed during the hurricane. They were great. We hope to repeat our trip next year as well. The apartment is well kept, very near the beach. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Pricing is good as well. A little disappointed with the previous renters. They did not take off the sand from the beach chairs. We hope the hosts will allow us to rent again sometime next year.

We loved the location of this unit. Close to both exits off the island and within 13 to 30 minutes walk (or take the trolly!) to restaurants with live music. Short walk to the lovely beach and sunsets and short drive to other beaches. The unit was all we needed with pretty well stocked kitchen. Beds could have been a bit more comfortable but the unit is very quiet for sleeping. Great water pressure in shower & lovely balcony to sit with our coffee & listen to the water fountain in the little pond. Enjoyed the tv in the bedroom & how both bedrooms had ensuites with their own enclosed areas. The pool is close by and the area felt safe. Thank you for a very enjoyable and restful stay!!

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was comfortable. We enjoyed the beach not far away and the pool was warm and deep. My son went twice a day. We also enjoyed a sunrise on the channel just steps away. We really like the keyless entry especially with teenagers coming and going. The guest pass was great when friends came to visit. It was clean and kitchen was well-stocked for our needs. There were a few light bulbs that were out or missing. Would definitely recommend! Thanks
