"I simply picked the wrong room. Smelled funnny. Staff was lowkey stand off ish and when I mentioned the smell of the room he offered me spray for it. Why the hell would i wanna spray the room, i dont work here. It was extremely uncomfortable in there wouldn’t book there again. "

"Will never stay anywhere in Memphis but this place. Not one complaint. Angel, at the reception desk is a gem, the entire management staff is wonderful. I would give it 5 all stars!!!!"

"Let’s just say, when you have a whole team at your hotel it would be wise to put them all on the same floor. Kids(boys) running up and down the hall, knocking on doors just loud. It was well after 1am when they finally stopped. I liked the hotel but if there is a sports team of any kind( no offense) I will go to another hotel for sure."

"Hotel looking very tired and in need of updating. Bathroom looked like something out of the early 80s. Room was clean, headboard had places were varnish had gone. Chipped wood on the cupboards in the bathroom. Main customer areas looked nice and fresh. A Shane the hotel was let down by the actual room you are paying for . At the price it was per night. I eciected the room to be a bit more up to date. "
