Relax in this beautiful natural setting that Muskoka has to offer, while at the same time enjoying all comforts and conveniences in this unique and contemporary home.
The property comprises 2+ acres with 230ft of waterfrontage with utmost privacy.
The house comfortably sleeps 10 adults in five bedrooms. There is also one crib (in a small room adjacent to the master bedroom) and one pack-and-play.
Located just minutes from downtown Bracebridge and less than a two hour drive from Toronto. Conveniently situated between Wilson's Falls and High Falls / Little High Falls. Minutes to Port Carling, Gravenhurst and Huntsville.
Guests will have the entire home and property.
Access to a kayak, two paddleboards, and innertubes. For health and fitness enthusiasts, there is a gym (with Concept2 rower, assault bike, squat rack and free weights) and barrel sauna with cold plunge tub.
The house is family-oriented with an outdoor swing set, games and toys, a separate play area with safe and sturdy floor/ceiling net. Four TVs in the house with main stream apps. Surround sound Sonos speaker system operated from house iPad.
